My husband & I spent 3 weeks in this beautiful 3 bdrm house! Spacious bedrooms with all the amenities needed for a long stay! The property is very well managed and maintained in a safe & quite neighborhood! All questions were answered quickly between Delila & Robert. We already booked again with Delila for next summer! :)

Property was as advertised, hosts were responsive to questions etc. Would stay here again.

Comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, 20 minutes from most San Diego attractions.

We enjoyed this property. The house was clean, well stocked and had a nice cozy vibe. Everything was as described. My family particularly liked the side yard area and we spent a lot of time hanging out in the living room. Would definitely recommend!

Our visit to San Diego was to spend some much needed time with our military son who lives 3000 miles from us. We booked this location to stay within our budget and the property did not disappoint. The house is newly renovated. Google street view is old and doesn’t represent how nice the house looks. There were plenty of beds. The kitchen was very well stocked. The living room was perfect to spend family time. The property owner is a gem to work with. She communicated very well. When the VRBO app was having issues, she called me to give me all the information. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Delilah!

We loved the house and the location for not being near the beach. Communication was great with the owners. We had a couple of issues but they were right in top of it and made our stay great. The only thing I didn’t like was it is not central heat and air so if you closed the doors at night to sleep it would be hot. I’m an okie and like it cold when I sleep. Still no complaints though the night air was cool so we just opened the window. I would recommend TV’s in all the bedrooms though. The master and living room do have TVs. I would stay here again.

The home was great and clean. Delilah and Robert were great guest and the home was as listed. Would def stay in the home again when in San Diego.

Very nice place to stay

We had our family of 4 (my wife and I and two kids -13 and 8 year olds), along with my in-laws staying at this location. We stayed for for 5 nights. Tons of room in the bedrooms, and great kitchen space, and all of the utensils we needed to make some of the food for our nephew's wedding. The owner had all of the amenities we needed for our stay (towels, toiletries, iron and ironing board, etc...). It has a very nice gated yard with aromatic flowers, which was very nice to smell, when leaving / arriving at the house. Plenty of space to park the two vehicles we had , in the driveway. Great location as just minutes from Highway 53, which you can use to get around San Diego quickly. Overall, great stay for all of us, and would definitely stay here again!

Just 3 of us slept in the house but we had a large family that came to visit for the day and we had plenty of space to hang out.

Owner told us that this rental is a new startup business and asked us to review it to promote her property, and unfortunately we do not have good things to state regarding our stay. Two days after our checkout, the owner asked for a review of our stay. Before we had a chance to respond, a mere six hours later, she delivers an unpleasant surprise with preposterous claims that we dirtied the property and indicated that she is going to charge our credit card. Her first claim that she was going to charge us for was that the curtains, and walls in one of the bedrooms smelled of smoke. The problem is that nobody in our party smokes at all. Funny thing is that a day later (suddenly) she backs off of that claim. She also claimed and charged our credit card for pet urine stains. Another baseless accusation that further upset us. We made sure that our small dog ALWAYS did her business outside. All throughout our stay, we walked barefoot on the rug that she claims is full of pee. Not once did we feel anything that qualified for a pee stain nor did we ever smell an odor of urine. Trust me, owning a dog for years now, we can easily detect that and would report any accidents if they had taken place. The owner's claim is so bogus that she tells us TWO DAYS AFTER OUR CHECKOUT THAT THE RUG IS STAINED AND REEKING OF PEE. Anyone who owns a dog knows that claims of an odor lasting TWO DAYS AFTER THE FACT IS BOGUS. The bottom line of all of this saga is that the owner has the nerve to charge our credit card for baseless accusations which we ABSOLUTELY DID NOT COMMIT. Very ironic for a supposedly new property owner who asked for a review of her rental so she could drum up business to treat her renters in such a poor manner. Based on this horrible experience with the owner we would never rent from them in the future, and if you are in the market for a San Diego rental, do yourself a favor and stay away from this property so that you spare yourself of this type of ordeal that we are still experiencing as we speak.

Wonderful house. Loved the patio for early morning coffee. Only draw back was located on a busy street- lots of street/car noise when sitting on patio otherwise EXCELLENT place to stay in San Diego.

Definitely I will rent this place again

This is a nice place to stay and is in a good location to visit attractions in the San Diego area. Robert and Delilah were great hosts.

This house had everything we needed. Several comfortable beds, good WiFi, two bathrooms, and close to the locations we needed. I’d definitely recommend if you need a place with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The only issue we had was with the water temperature and pressure in the shower but it wasn’t enough for us to fuss about. We would return again if we’re in the neighborhood for vacation. 🤩

We used it as a base while we visited our daughter. The house was very nice and clean. Some basic things that would of made the stay outstanding. Need to have a hair dryer. My wife and daughter both assumed the place would have a hair dryer, but were mistaken. A few other basic things in a house would of been helpful: Basic Supplies: Foil, Paper towels, coffee for coffee pot, zip lock bags, plastic wrap, some spices. Maybe I'm asking for to much but it would of helped. All in all, a very nice house.

It was nice and tidy with a kitchen that we could cook in.

We enjoyed our stay at this home It was like a home away from home. We look forward to returning soon.

This home was perfect for our stay in San Diego, close to attractions and downtown, very nice neighborhood. This home has great space for families, very clean, and the beds and bedding were very comfortable. Wonderful communication from owners, they made sure to check in with us prior to arrival to ensure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here!

We stayed at the house for 5 days over the thanksgiving break. The house is very well laid out with 3 bedrooms and Delilah made sure we were comfortable and checked multiple times before the trip how she could make our trip comfortable. She put extra mattresses with sheets and pillows at our request. The house is one level so ideal for anyone with mobility issues. There is enclosed front yard and side yard which we enjoyed, so backyard not being accessible was not a big deal. Delilah was amazing. The house is newly renovated, so we did face some issues where one of the fuses tripped, oven had an issue, but overall these were minor inconveniences which Delilah helped us with. I would definitely stay at this property again.

We had a wonderful stay. The beds and bedding are very nice. The kitchen is well stocked and the neighborhood was great for walking. Delilah was very accommodating and has taken great care to set this up as a welcoming and comfortable place to stay. Highly recommend this property and would stay here again if back in the area.

We were the first renters to stay at the property. We could still smell the fresh paint. The home was comfortable for our party of 4. We were impressed with thoughtfulness of the host we had everything that we needed. The host and the property manager stayed in touch, checking on us to ensure we had a lovely stay.
