The studio room was lovely. Kitchen was well stocked with nearly everything you need including sandwich bags and cling wrap. Location is in the centre of the esplanade
There is no undercover parking and no hoses. The apartments are situated above a few shops a d the parking is out the back. The only undercover parking is reserved the the shops below. All apartments are situated uostairs

Very well furnished and appointed. Clean.

Stairs quite dangerous, furnishings in 1 bedroom unit dated. Noisy, main road at front of building, train line at back. Curtains had holes in them, could not close properly due to missing and broken hooks. Laundry located downstairs in isolated arcade, The laundry was one of the reasons I booked this accommodation, but did not use as felt quite unsafe.

The door leading to the adjoining apartment was able to be opened from the other side, and not on our side. Be good to ensure it cant be easily opened from the other side as well.

Just need darker curtains as the sun rises directly into the room when the bed is.

bed very hard. curtain very thin sunlight just streamed in early morning,no bedside light also needed a light on the stairs leading up to the unit very dark at night. bathroom excellent.
