There was not a single thing.

-Zero English speaking. Which is ridiculous in my opinion, when you hosting a big gesthouse like this. -Very loud talking at the corridors, owners live their life, like there are no guests. Super loud music till late night. Zero peace in the rooms. Like your bed is in a disco. Host herself is shouting in the corridor with other owner members at late evening. Next door building 2metres from the Guesthouse'wall got a nonstop party/disco going on...the host think's this is absolutely normal for some reason. And never ask them to turn down the music. -Horrible value for money. VERY OVERPRICED. Everything is broken, dirty, not functioning. Some sockets got no electricity, light are faulty, sink leaking, dripping, no toilet water storage lid, no hot water, dirty desk, etc. You should go for another hostel or gesthouse, there are plenty of them around. invest 1 or 2 extra $/night. -Many ants at desk, sink area. -Strangers passing by on the street are saying hi, but younger members of this family ignoring your greetings. Very rude. - cigarette smoke coming into the room at 6am in the morning. By this time people also behaving like it is 10am and shouting freely. -This was my biggest money waisting throughout whole Cambodia stays. And the most unpleasant at the same time. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Very lovely staff. Big room and comfortable bed. The neighbourhood is quiet, with nice people, shops and cheap restaurants.

The hotel is a bit far away from the city. We didn't find any motorbike rental shop. The room was very hot with just the fan. We recommend to pay for the air-conditioning option.

The staff was really helpful and kind to me. Great Place, the Room was big, Also smell go while I walk in, and the Bed was comfortable. Location Near beach and pier.
