Billed as luxury, it wasn’t. It certainly wasn’t well equipped or cared for. No mugs or glasses. Everywhere was dirty, shower sealant disgusting. A man had done the cleaning and nothing was sterile. Furniture missing from balcony.

The location was great. It’s close to the beach and supermarket as well as restaurants, coffee shops, and stores.

Our ocean view was a little obstructed by the building in front of us but it didn’t really bother us. The shower drain didn’t drain the water as fast as it should.

The property was large, clean and relatively new with great views.

The location of which side the property was on was not advised sooner. There were random wires sticking out at odd places in the building such as on the walls and floor. I was worried that it was a hazard for the kids but other than that, everything else was great.

-при такой стоимости жилья отсутствие замка в одной из ванных кажется странным, недостающая запчасть просто валяется в одном из ящиков -сушильная машина, которая располагается в кухне, не работает, вещи приходилось сушить на вешалке, которую выставляли на балкон, что было неудобно поскольку места не хватало, а в дождь одежда просто намокала

Great place. well located with a small mall in the lower levels. the beach is just 5 minutes by walking

those are apartments rental for holidays. Cleaning team comes twice a week .... but the way they clean is really not professional. The kitchen is a mess, full of oily dust. We did not dare to use even the kettle

good location, next to Nha Trang center, lotte Mart, kid zone and food court inside. ocean view and very close to the beach. Many coffee and restaurant surrounding. The room is very new and clean.
