This property is simply beautiful! It was perfect for my trip to LA for my birthday. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, but you’re still close to all the fun. There is private parking and the space included all the essentials needed for a week stay! Ted was responsive anytime I needed anything. No complaints! I will definitely book with Ted again for my future trips to LA.

The property is centrally located in Hollywood but the perfect escape from the city noise when you get there! Truly loved the experience at the home and the host was perfect.

Quick trip to LA for the US Open and to check another ballpark off our bucket list, Dodger Stadium. Ted’s place was extremely convenient for what we had planned, and his communication through the whole process was superb. He made it very easy for me and my family to enjoy our activities and have a comfortable, safe place to unwind after long days of walking. Terrific home, very clean, easy check in/check out process, and a great backyard. Highly recommend booking a stay with Ted for your next trip to the LA/Hollywood area!

We were staying at this house for 5 days while our house in LA was getting termites treatment. Owner only provided with code to front door 30 min before we checked in and after we texted him twice. We arrived the hot tub wasn’t working, tv in the living room had an actual hole in it and lounge tv wasn’t connected to internet. I asked the owner to fix it 6-7 times over the first two days he never replied. Then I called VRBO they have contacted him over and over again until he picked up the phone. He only fixed hot tub after vrbo got involved. TVs were never fixed, owner contacted me via my cell phone which is outside VRBO policy. He told me he won’t be fixing any TVs. Then we found out our house got burglarized during termites treatment and police was taking fingerprints so we couldn’t go back to our house and had to stay another night. I asked owner for discount because for entire stay two TVs were not working and hot tub was only fixed for half of our stay, owner got aggressive and threatened to kick us out if we don’t pay full price and only gave $200 off from additional night. He knew we were in a tight spot and had nowhere to go and took advantage of us. He just want your money and doesn’t want to spend a cent fixing broken items. Absolutely horrible experience

Great property in a chill neighborhood. The indoor/outdoor living space is amazing and the house is super clean. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to spend some time in Hollywood.

This is the 2nd property of Ted's I've stayed at which when I booked it I was not aware of this. When I notified of this thru VRBO- I knew what to expect and was once again very happy with the accommodations! Ted provides every amenity you'd ever need for your stay (comparable to a 4-5 star hotel). Toothbrushes, toothpaste, everything you need to cook with from the pots and pans to all the spices. The properties are super clean. This particular property was in Hollywood Dell which is convenient to so many activities, stores and restaurants. Ted is readily available to answer any questions you may have. He ranks #1 in hosts and properties I've rented from VRBO.
