We had a fantastic experience with Linda. The house has everything you need to feel like you are at home. We spend Christmas weekend in High Point and Linda was always attentive to our needs, even on Christmas Day, the gas for the grill had a problem and she replaced it for us almost immediately. Everything looked brand new and the decoration is beautiful.

We arrived earlier than anticipated. We also travelled with seniors. The owner allowed us to check in 4 hours earlier. This made our trip lot less stressful to allow the elderly parents to have a place to hang out instead of sitting in the car for 4 hours after driving a 1.5 days. While we were there, the owner responded our questions timely and allowed us to have an enjoyable stay. What could make the stay even better was the ability to do laundry. It was ok for us, but could've been better if there was washer / dryer especially for anyone staying longer.

We had a great stay! The place was very, very clean. Very updated look. The kitchen had everything you could need. The 3 bedrooms are beautiful, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The showers were very updated and super nice! It was very quiet which was important to us. It was the perfect place to spend the night! We will definitely be back when visiting HPU (only 5 minutes away).

This home was close to everything. We went for a soccer tournament weekend and wether traveling to the soccer complex, out to eat or shopping, we were always no more than 5 minutes away. I needed to reach out with a question once and Linda was quick to respond with a solution. The home was very clean. Love the decor! Beds were so cozy with bedding that was super comfy! My grandson loved the blanket in his twin bed. Said it felt like he was sleeping with his cat away from home. So soft. Was kind of iffy driving into the neighborhood, but really no concerns. And very quiet most of the time. We slept wonderfully! And the other reviews were spot on. This home had everything we needed. (Maybe could use a game or two). But the necessities were all thought of!

Not only was it clean, but comfortable and exactly as described. Our host was sweet and completely accommodating. So quiet and beautiful. Would definitely stay there again.

The owner has thought of everything when remodeling this unit. If you like updated high-end amenities then this is the place to book. Our small group was on our way back from a golf trip down south and needed a place to stay on the way back. Our only wish was they we could have stayed longer. Everything was new and the place felt like home. Thank you Linda for such a beautiful place and we will look to stay again if in the area.

This has been a wonderful experience staying at the host Linda's townhome. She's very responsive and accommodating. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the area. It is a beautiful, modern, clean townhome with all the amenities you could ask for. And that shower is something special! I've stayed at many rentals and this was top-tier. Thank you.

We were attending an event at High Point University. This property was perfect! Only a few minutes away from the campus. The home was quiet, very comfortable, well equipped with kitchen necessities and the host was exceptional (extremely responsive and accommodating) Would most definitely recommend this property and we would stay here again!

Really enjoyed the place. It seemed recently remodeled. Everything was done first class. We loved the light/fan in the bedroom so much that we bought one for our home. The showers are amazing. I’ve never been in a shower with eight shower heads. Really loved everything about the place. Highly recommend staying here.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! It is a modern and clean unit! The showers were great! We enjoyed the big television. It is in a quiet area. The host responded to inquiries right away. We will try to stay here again if we are back in the area!

My son and I stayed at this property for Freshman Orientation and it was perfect. The property is very nicely remodeled and has everything you need. It was very quiet and easy to park and get in and out and so close to campus. It was nice to have 2 1/2 baths. So much better than a hotel. Thank you Linda for providing a great place to stay.

This condo is newly remodeled and very nice. It was the perfect place for our family to stay and hang out together during our time in High Point. Linda, the property manager was great communicating with us as well. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The townhouse was exactly as pictured, but better & brighter. Nicely decorated and modern. The neighborhood was quiet and has everything you would need within a few miles (Pharmacy, plenty of food options, liquor store, grocery store, some shopping, car dealerships, etc.). The check-in and check-out process was simple. I've been to other properties where I had to make my own bed, strip the bedding upon leaving, remove the trash to outside, etc. None of that here. Host takes care of everything. Stayed in a cozy home, but had some amenities like a hotel stay. Thank you. My family and I enjoyed our weekend stay.

We, a group of 6 adults stayed in the Villa for one night prior to a charter trip. The space is beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed the pool (with amazing views!) for a couple of hours and enjoyed the evening on the lovely decks. Alvin was very helpful in providing information for transportation during our stay. We all wished we could have spent more time here. Thank you!

Property manager was very prompt & courteous. Gave very helpful information regarding restaurants & local area. Home is stunning & very spacious for 5 girls who always over pack on trips. Loved the comfort of the beds & showers felt amazing! Would highly recommend!!
