This property was perfect for our Deland stay. Close to shopping, downtown, and Stetson, we were delighted to find everything within walking distance for us. The nearby park was a great place for our morning walks, complete with a tranquility garden and a fabulous playground.
Joanne was the perfect hostess. Check in was seamless, the property was clean lovely with ample common space to enjoy the time together with family. We would highly recommend this property and look forward to another stay when in the area!

Very nice place. You can tell that it has been recently updated. Very easy to communicate with the property manager as they responded to questions quickly. Nice proximity to Daytona and Sanford which is where we spent most of our time. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again myself.

We really enjoyed our stay. Close to historic downtown Deland. Felt very safe and the owner was very accommodating letting us bring our dog and check-in earlier. Huge TV in bedrooms and living rooms. The back yard isn’t completely fenced in so if you bring your pooch you may need a leash.

This property was so beautiful. It appears newly updated and they’ve thought of everything. The kitchen had all the things you would need and was spacious and clean. The three bedrooms were so comfortable and my son loved the workout equipment in the garage. The location was so convenient to downtown. Nice neighborhood. I felt very safe walking my dog at night. Definitely recommend this place!
