Set expectations for guests and enforce no loud music or party's after 9pm 7 days a week. I didnt need to complain, as my neighbors stopped playing loud music by 9:30pm

We used the a/c, but it couldn’t reach the bed Kind of a sweaty sleep🤷🏻‍♂️

No breakfast, parking was right in front of the room. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Quiet town but lotsa food options in nearby Crosby.

No table or chairs to have your meals in my room (Room 2). There are some rooms with table and chair. Sink can be a little bigger so that it is easier to wash stuffs and fill bottles.

The motel was under new ownership and had been completely renovated. The room was large, had a new and comfortable bed, along with a selection of pillows. I am a connoisseur of hotel pillows and was impressed with those. The bathroom had lots of hot water. There was a sink, refrigerator and a toaster oven, along with a few kitchen items. TV was Roku.

I would have liked to have had a microwave which makes more sense for cooking short stay items. I talked to the owner and they said they will make them available.
