We booked this spot for 3 days and 4 nights. While the place overall was nice, there were a few issues that did not make this stay the best it could be. The custom code they gave us did not work. We tried to call several times from several people in our group u til finally someone answered. Our original code was never programmed so we were provided a different one. While the bathrooms were not dirty by any means, the shower door track was not very clean. The AC never got below 78 while it was running the whole time we were there. About half of the outlets did not work, flipping light switches did not help. The fan upstairs was fine unless you needed it on high, in which then it looked and sounded like it was going to fall off the ceiling. Ad said it slept 12, which two beds were pullout couches. It was attempted to sleep on the pullout couch upstairs however every spring and bar could be felt, sleeping on the regular couch was better. We were in building 9 and the only trash dumpster was 5 buildings over, which was inconvenient being that trash had to be transported in vehicles. Overall, decent stay, and nice places to go around the area, but not worth the price we paid.

Great elevated view of Table Rock Lake. Lovely 4 bed, 3 bath. Kitchen area is a little small but manageable. All areas of condo were clean, neat, and in good condition. Beds were comfortable and TVs in every room. Large TV in the living area. This is a penthouse level condo that is 2 story. 2 bedrooms upstairs with one bathroom and two bedrooms two bathrooms downstairs. This building does have an elevator which made loading and unloading easier. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo we stayed in was awesome. From the check in to check out, venue and setup we enjoyed this beautiful setup. Everything was there as promised and we really enjoyed the stay. We will certainly be back to this restful getaway.

Our group of five adults enjoyed a long weekend visit to Branson. The condo was as pictured with a good sized balcony and a beautiful lake view. It was comfortably furnished and very clean. The location is convenient to Silver Dollar City. We enjoyed having multiple TVs with a good selection of channels on a rainy afternoon. The only caution I would have is that the stairs to the upper level of the condo are quite steep. We would definitely stay at this condo again.

This condo was in a great location, close to Silver Dollar City, short drive into Branson. Great views of the lake with our morning coffee on the deck. Condo was set up very nice - had plenty of room for seven adults to stay comfortably. Would definitely stay there again - thank you for a great experience!

Stayed with a group of friends. Plenty of room and all the luxuries of home. Great location too. Very close to Marina where we kept our boat. (1 mile down the road). We will go back-highly recommend!

Condo was very nice, great views of the lake. Had one little hiccup with our stay however the owner took care of our needs immediately, which was great.

The 4 bedrooms and 3 baths made this stay for a family of 10 perfect. There was plenty of room and a large balcony. Great location to spend time at Table Rock Lake and near Silver Dollar City.

This was a fantastic unit with fabulous views. All necessities were provided so no need to worry about hand soap, laundry soap, shampoo, etc. Clean and nicely decorated.
The rental manager provided detailed information about the property and how to easily find the area. Would definitely recommend.

We had such an amazing and memorable time! We’d definitely stay again! The views were worth it alone but please don’t hesitate to stay here at all! It was perfect for our friends and family!

Great, quiet location, close to everything. 20-30 minutes to get anywhere except Silver Dollar City! 5 minutes max to SDC!
Everything was easy from the entry of the condo, to checking out.

We were down for a women's conference and this condo was a great place for all of us to stay. There were plenty of beds for everyone and the location was less than 10 minutes away from the conference. I would recommend this place and the host to everyone.

The view was great and the condo was just what we hoped for. The biggest issue was no luggage cart so the move in/move out could have been easier

Pulled back the sheets on Thursday. Hair, dead skin, potato chips INBETWEEN the sheets and comforter. Obviously the sheets haven’t been washed NOR changed out. Called owner - offered to refund the cleaning fee, but we spent an ENTIRE day of our vacation washing sheets and wiping the sticky film from the cabinets, door handles, light switches and surfaces. The sofa and loveseat are collapsed. There’s zero support. The TV in second bedroom- doesn’t work. There’s debris everywhere left over from previous tenants. Don’t move the furniture when you clean, the dirt will attack you. NOT AN OASIS. Just filthy dirty unit. Upstairs someone did a rookie drywall patch job on the wall, never painted it. Fingerprints and stains on walls and carpet. Won’t be back here. We rent on Indian point 4-5 times a year. Not here

We loved the view off the balcony and enjoyed morning coffee overlooking the lake. Space was perfect for us - upstairs two bedrooms plus pull out sofa and living area was great for the kids to enjoy. Space was clean. Overall, great unit and would stay there again!
Pool was within walking distance. Some maintenance needed on the pool, but in general kids loved it.

The view of the lake was better than anticipated - you can see all the way over to the Showboat. The condo was very clean and very well stocked. Very close to marinas and SDC and yet not far from the strip. Would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful view and it was great to have 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms! Plenty of space for the 6 adults and 2 children! Thank you Randy! We plan on coming back for sure!

Had a wonderful time. Grandkids loved the upper level. The view from the balcony of the lake was fantastic. Overall we had a great time at condo.

We really liked the place,but it wasn't good for 5 senior ladies with bad knees or bad backs or who could't get up the steps to the two bedrooms upstairs,. The furniture in the living room was nice but just did not work for us. The deck as awesome and the view was beautiful. A great place for a family or younger adults,

Beautifully furnished, great view, plenty of room! This condo had everything you need to have a great time in Branson. Not far from Silver Dollar City, and right on the lake. Nice and quiet for relaxing on the balcony and close enough to head into Branson for shopping and shows. Would definitely recommend this one!
