Perfectly contained bedroom and bathroom. Spotlessly clean. Lovely breakfast provided, alongside tea and coffee making facilities and fresh fruit and milk. Bathroom was fab - the shower was a dream. Good location for touring round the New Forest area.

It was like a home from home. Beautifully decorated. Lovely little personal touches, which just added to the experience. We couldn't fault it at all. Would stay there again.

We liked the separate nature of the room, very private. The room was very clean and well prepared. Lots of little extras to help with breakfast especially, and a good coffee machine. Shower was very good and bed very comfortable, a really good place to stay

Perfect little get away for us coming from London. The room and facilities were very clean and provided a great nights sleep.
Also all the extra perks, e.g. phone chargers, coffee machine, adapters, information books for local area, plus more were a great touch to the already very affordable room.

Parking outside. Located in a quiet close. Spotlessly clean interior. Very homely bedroom and bathroom; well equipped. Our hosts were very helpful and provided us with the details of a local taxi to take us to and from the Wedding we were attending locally.
For me, the mattress was a little soft for two nights stay but that is just a personal preference and you're never going to please everyone.

All was fine, exactly as described. The owners have set a very high standard. Check in marks were not awarded as we checked ourselves in which was part of the deal and that was fine, lots of lights outside and one felt very secure. Lots of nice touches around.
One very small point, I just found the floor a little cold in March when getting out of a lovely warm bed. Perhaps a mat or something similar might help. The room overall was very cosy and warm.

Absolutely fantastic room, spotlessly clean and well organised for space yet has everything you need. Location was very quiet yet very close to shops if you need, only a 7 minute drive to a beach.
Bed was large and comfortable which is good as normally my feet come off the bed, there was even a fridge which is so underrated, no where ever has a fridge.
We will be booking again for summer. Thanks.

Absolutely stunning property, attention to details is fantastic, so homely and inviting, set to an exceedingly high standard, so much privacy which I lived. Fantastic will definitely use again! This property went above and beyond my expectations and the photos seen match the property, it is immaculate!

just one small thing, the bottom of the front door didn’t seem to fit properly, ie let in a bit of a draft, just thinking of the heat loss.
