The bed, Mattress, Linen, Microwave, Cooker, and Fridge were perfect.
Having no cooking pot, 1 spoon, 1 fork, no eating knife, no kitchen knife, no chopping board, etc. I expected a completely functioning Apartment to do basic cooking. The staircase should be secured so people do not 'wee' there.

It was easy to get to the property on a local bus from the airport and instructions were clear on how to enter There is a lot shops , food places and supermarkets around. The apartment is on the end of the building so it had the extra windows making it lighter. It was the best price I could find at the time.
The kitchen has facilities for cooking but there are no pans, saucepans, microwave bowls or any cookware, so you can’t really make use of the stove, hot plates or microwave. The rubbish was still in the bin and it smelt. There were no bath towels however the owner did get these delivered with 2 glasses as requested and so that was managed well. The complex communal areas like lift and corridors were smelly and dirty.

The mattress on the bed and the fan
There are no bedside tables or any other furniture other than the bed. No mugs, only 2 bowls to have our coffee in. No TV, and we were told this was a new rental. We had our books anyway. The fob did not work, and we had to get security to let us in, and he said this flat was being rented out illegally. We did not enjoy this experience.

It had hot running water.
Uncomfortable bed,needed a very good clean, dirty over, mould on the shower head and walls, leaking g fridge and no TV.

Nice studio, warm and cozy, including lots of facilities, clean and quiet. I've spent 3 weeks there and everything worked so well for me, such a good location in the centre, with lots of shops and amenities and also across the street is the bus station, quite convenient. The landlord very helpful with anything you would need. I did enjoyed my staying and I do recomand this holiday studio!
Probably couple of minuses as the shower water was not getting warm enough, maybe the boiler not heating too much, for thouse who would like a hot shower could be unconvinient, for me was ok, as I prefer mild warm showers.
And also couple more of medium/hard pillows for more support during sleep, the ones there are quite flat.

Location for shopping.
The apartment was small, dirty and uncomfortable the building itself was also unkempt. The facilities provided were very poor and inadequate.

Despite the apartment being in the center, there is very little noise, this is amazing.
I'm not going to say that I didn't like it, but rather give some suggestions to offer a reasonably better comfort, and thus obtain a relatively good score providing comfort in the stay and thus obtaining a score between 7 to 8 points!
Advice: Invest in bed sheets, including a good blanket to warm up in which both are visually beautiful, as well as towels, pillowcases and add 2 more high pillows, also small towels to dry your hands, and more mats for going out after the bath, these tips above should be inserted urgently in the accommodation!
As a tip for further evolution of accommodation, it would be interesting to have a tv and a mirror in the bedroom. I look forward to returning to the property and seeing some of these tips being adopted! But the lack of them does not prevent me from returning to the property.
Now I'm going to address what I didn't like, but I think that this is not in the hands of the person responsible for the accommodation, which would be the entrance to the building, unfortunately there are many rubbish bins, I found the entrance a little degrading. But, unfortunately, I think that this is not in his power.

It was in a good location. I can't think of anything else that was good
This flat is not acceptable to hire out. There was no hot water, the mattress was only fit for the tip. It was disgusting
