What a beautiful house in a lovely village. Communication from Darryl before our stay was clear and prompt. On arrival we easily collected the key from the lock box. The house is impeccably furnished and very comfortable and spacious. 3 great sized bedrooms and showers both up and downstairs along with a large living room/dining room. We even had some bread and eggs left for us which was a lovely touch along with tea/coffee/sugar. Waddington itself is lovely. We visited the Lower Buck (both nights!) for drinks and had a lovely meal in the Higher Buck. There is lots to do in the area but equally, between the beautiful house and great pubs, you don’t even need to leave the village! Highly recommended.

A beautiful property. Gorgeously furnished with all facilities. it is a great position with shops, pubs and eateries nearby. we will definitely come back!

Everything was perfect

Loved everything about this property. Host was exceptional with communication and nothing too much trouble. The property itself was stunning and beautifully decorated. Located in the lovely village of Waddington. 3 large double rooms and everything was immaculately clean. We had such a wonderful stay and I cannot recommend this place enough. Will definitely be booking for 2023

The cottage was absolutely stunning - set up beautifully and location was great. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting in front of the fireplace! All rooms were fantastic and beds were exceptionally comfortable. Providing eggs, bread, coffee and milk was a lovely touch, thank you :) Local pubs were fantastic and staff were friendly - there was a lovely atmosphere. Would definitely recommend staying here - we wouldn’t hesitate to book again!
