I loved everything about the property. I am a coffee drinker and lived that they had that fully stocked when we got there, because with our late arrival, I didn’t have time to get some before hand

No breakfast, not applicable.
It was not clean. There was a piece of broken glass on the kitchen floor and dirt on the floors. The cabinets had spots of something in them, the walls too.

The property was exactly what we needed, a little room to spread out and close to downtown Arvada. Beds were very comfortable and the home was spotless.
We didn't need the yard however others may, it was pretty rugged and the door to backyard was stuck shut.
