The staff were very friendly ,the spacious room size,the cleanliness,the indoor pool,the parking in front of the hotel,the breakfast and the free new year dinner at the marble 8 restaurant with live acoustic .
The TV was old version, didn’t connect to WiFi.
The price also was very high for this hotel ( with no reason for that) , and there was a problem in bathroom ( bad smell) but they solved it .

I liked the aircon in suite but portable air cons in restaurant need to be replaced as it's not cool enough in the expansive area

Overall Dream Aventus is a lovely place to stay if you want to be away from noisy Kuta or beach areas

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr sauber. Es ist zentral gelegen und dennoch muss man immer ein oder zwei Schritte mehr einplanen, was aber wirklich nicht dramatisch ist. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und kompetent. Außerdem sprachen alle sehr gutes Englisch!

Well the staff was very supportive, with a beautiful smile always, especially Shelfie from the restaurant. All goes well with the stay.
We couldn't rest in the early hours of the evening as the Chinese tourists were extremely noisy, not bothering them with other guests around.

its new its pretty big, the breakfast is nice and the location is pretty strategic. The interior is grand, very luxurious
the breakfast place was hot, they didn’t turn off the AC. Some of the hallways and windows aren’t cleaned it looks dirty.
