Picked this property for our annual Ladies long weekend.
We couldn’t have picked a better spot. This property has something for everyone whether it’s children,families,couples, or ladies like us looking to relax and chill out. The grounds are immaculate, pool heated to perfection. The kitchen could very easily host a party with every tool u need. House has very cute play room area and toys. House is big enough to also have privacy away from other guests should you need.
All in all it was a GREAT EXPERIENCE.

650 Rambler is an amazing property. Located just outside the Town of Southold, it’s perfectly situated. The backyard is filled with activities and lovely pool. The house is perfect for groups and/or kids of all ages. Would highly recommend.

The house was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The pool and backyard are beautiful - we spent a lot of family time around the pool. Beach is very close and everything you could want for a beach setup was provided. The few questions we had for Eliza during our stay were answered promptly, and arrival and departure were very easy. I highly recommend this property!

The house is exactly as advertised - spacious, clean, and comfortable. The highlight is the pool - it is large and extremely comfortable, we had to drag our kids out everyday because it was so much fun. Communication was quick and easy for any questions we had, I would definitely recommend this house.

We had such a great long weekend on the North Shore, we truly didn't want to leave! The house is spacious, clean, and super well-located (do not miss Southold Fish Market!) What we loved most is that there was so much to do on and near the property, that it provides a great balance of spending time "at home" and spending time in the quaint towns nearby (we took a morning stroll around Greenport and had lunch near the water before heading back for spritzes by the pool). The house has all the bells and whistles you'd want - TV outside, BBQ grill, bocce court, big lawn & gorgeous pool - complete with cute patio-friendly glassware and all of the serving items you could want. The kitchen location and layout lends itself to easily preparing food inside and heading to the picnic tables/grills outside to enjoy dinner on the deck. The bed was super comfortable (as was the giant couch in the TV room - perfect for a movie night) and the linens and towels are higher quality than you'd expect of a typical 'rental.' Being only a short walk from a beautiful private beach is the icing on the cake. Definitely will be finding another time to rent here again!

This home was absolutely perfect for our group of 6 adults who wanted a wintery visit to the north fork. One couple in our group had small children and they absolutely loved the bunk beds and play room. I loved the separate guest room with private bathroom, plus we all commented on how comfortable the beds were!
After a day of visiting the vineyards, we relaxed by the fire and watched movies or played board games. We cooked nice dinners in the kitchen, which is very well stocked, and even used the bbq one night. We walked to the beach down the road, which was super windy but still nice!
Overall, we had a great time here! It's spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We hope to come back this summer and take advantage of the large backyard/deck and pool!

I visited with my partner from NYC for a long holiday weekend. The house was immaculately cleaned and though there were only two of us, it has a great set up for larger groups! I'd love to come back out with a group of friends.
I initially had a little trouble getting in the front door (my fault, didn't fully read the directions haha). It was super easy to contact the host and she was incredibly helpful and responsive, which I always appreciate!
We were so comfortable, and even with one day of bad weather we were able to light a fire and have a cozy day. Both Southhold and Greenport are adorable towns, and this was the perfect place to stay while visiting them!

Our stay at Eliza’s house was exactly what we were looking for when we came to visit friends in the area. More than enough room for families with little ones; so much to do in the area no matter the time of year (ie. vineyards, beach walks, great restaurants, etc.)
Her place was spotless and the beds extremely comfortable. We especially enjoyed the cute wood burning fireplace on chilly nights! I hope we can come back in summer to use the pool and swim in the nearby beach.
