We liked the size of the house. It had plenty of room for our party of 9. The finishes in the house were very nice and up to date. The kitchen was very well equipped with appliances and utensils, dishes, etc. It was a good value for the price.

The floor could have been cleaned a little better before we got there, but otherwise the house was fine.

The house was very comfortable and extremely clean. Kitchen is fully equipped for anything you want to cook (we didn’t since we were out most of the day) but it has everything you’ll need and more. From pots and pans, air fryer, instapot, mixer, waffle maker, coffee maker, blender, etc. Beds are very comfortable and everything was so nice and very, very clean. We were a bit late for check in and sent a message to the owner who responded promptly. We had a great time while there playing pool and board games. Area is very quiet and about 20 miles from Old Town area and 40 minutes from Universal Studios. I definitely recommend and will be back again.

I LOVED Everything about this home, extremely spacious, gorgeous and close enough to everything. This trip was a last minute getaway for Christmas with the kids (5 total), my husband, myself and my mother decided to join us as well. Everyone had their own bed. Space to sit and eat together and there is a washer and dryer in the home. Plenty of rags/towels provided. Beautiful flat back yard. All updates appliances and TV's in each room. The owner responded to ALL of my messages in great timing. I have NOTHING negative to say about this location. When I return to Kissimmee, I will be looking to book this location again. Oh! They even have entertainment items such as games, a pool table and even an arcade machine. Unfortunately I didn't take pictures of anything, I did a video only.
