This location was excellent. Just outside Tanunda township but close to wineries and a quiet location.

The house looks a little tired and needs an update in several areas. Inside the bathrooms are dated and could do with a more thorough clean. The kitchen also could be better cleaned - we found food in the oven which was left from the last tenant (we presume). The kitchen did not have anywhere enough utensils - basic items were missing so that cooking and preparing meals was difficult. The outside seating area could have been more inviting, but the cobblestones need relaying and are a possible hazard and the garden is overgrown and needs maintaining. We used the BBQ and cleaned it better than when we found it.
