Het personeel, de locatie en de bar.
Kapotte airco, geen raam wat open kon, douche wat een slechte afwatering had.

Bed was relatively big and comfortable enough.
Not just small, also lacks hooks and shelves for jackets/clothes. Shower smells of urine.

The staff was very friendly and polite, very satisfied with the people running the object
The room didn't have a window (I expected a window) and air conditioning was a little bit loud, also the area of the ceiling around air conditioning had a layer of grey dust around it that is obviously sitting there for a longer time

Ik had een concert, dus had ik graag iets in de buurt van de zaal. Deze herberg viel daar onder. Het is een kleine, gezellige plek. Er was ook de mogelijkheid om iets te eten en als ik er nog eens logeer, zorg dat ik met een legere maag kom. Er stond veel lekkers op de kaart maar ik moest moeite doen om het op te krijgen.
De kamer was een beetje klein. Gewoon een bed die het grootste van de kamer innam, een douche. En ik kon buiten het lawaai horen. Tot nog laat.

Location close to city center and rail station. Clean and tidy room, same as whole building actually. Friendly and helpful staff, easy check in. Many shops, restaurants and pubs nearby.

The room was ridiculously small, the toilet was a long way from the room, so one had to get dressed in the middle of the night to use the toilet.

Bed and linen good quality. Shower nice. Not enough space for 2 people.
Nobody came to take out rubbish bin. No clean towels .
No space to sit or even read.
Not enough hanging space for jackets or clothes.
Need a shelve above the basin to put stuff.

Windows don't open, no TV channels, chromecast doesn't work. Shared toiled. Plus is that's it's very clean.

If you are traveling through this beautiful city and want to be an a centralized location, it is great place to stay. A lot of bang for your buck. The one thing I would highlight (not really a negative, just something to be aware of)... The Bed extends wall to wall and leaves very little floor room. If you are traveling with two people, you just have to not mind changing clothes on the bed.
At one point the two of the house keeping staff got into a verbal altercation... it was loud and some expletives were used... Everyone has a bad day, but it was unprofessional.

No room cleaning or towels change.
Tv is a monitor,show what you have on your handy ,no antenna or stations.
The tv was not working for the all 2 days.they could not fix it.
No refund offerd.

The bed and the shower was very comfy. The city where It is located is beatiful and quiet.
It seem like a hotel when you see it online, but it really is a hostel.
