The pool was nice

Cockroaches (they were very alive) and ants in the kitchen. Dirty towels, dirty floors. AC only in the bedroom. Fire hazard - you have to lock the door from the inside with keys (no deadbolt) I could not imagine trying to get out in an emergency. Slider did not lock at all. Old yucky dishrags. You could never sleep 4 people in this place, couch was tiny.

Location and view

The condo was cute.

The windows did not close properly and no AC in the living room so the the ceiling fan did not keep that area even cool.

Everything is a really nice and secure place.<

No AC in the kitchen, bathroon, and living room. But the Master bedroom has one good AC unit.

Hair dryer

Screen shots of the process to get in were great; not an obvious process. Sercure parking was an added bonus. The view of the harbor is just like the pictures! Although you are many stories up, you can still hear the waves on the shore and coqui in the bushes!

I was not made aware that the owner only used PayPal as the form of payment until we had arrived in PR. I don't often use Paypal and I didn't have enough funds in my account. This became an issue when I tried to add funds with my debit card while in PR instead prior to the trip. So, just load up your PayPal account before your stay.

the bed was comfortable. lots of parking that was free. safe and gated. the host was quick to respond.

the apartment could use some updating. location wasn’t amazing.
