I wasn’t able to check in due to late arrival. no directions on where the door was , or instructions or anything! me & my girlfriend had to sleep in our trucks that night because of this incident! I was so angry, and couldn’t get a hold to anyone. and even after trying to get a hold to somebody , I called and text numerous different times and no one even reached out to me when morning came. I even reached back out to see maybe I can enjoy the place for few hours, we would be able to take a shower at least, cool some food or whatever, but no still nothing. very disappointed, and of course I didn’t get a refund.
