In summer we might have rated better. Unfortunately, the driveway and stairs were so icy we had to take our shoes off not to slip. It was incredibly dangerous to get in the house. The house was nice, although whomever cleaned it didn't vacuum under the couch and you can see under the couch coming up the stairs. The hot tub top was broken and the tub was lukewarm and 3/4 full. We reported the ice to the property manager, hoping they might have some salt or de-icer or even a shovel so we could make the place safe to walk. They said they didn't have any. We had a 3 night stay and at midnight on the first night the power went off. By 6 am the place was probably in the 30's-40's and really really cold inside. Of course we let them know and they were aware because a storm had come through. We had somebody who needed a breathing treatment in the morning on a machine and she was having difficulty breathing without electricity. We couldn't cook anything, we had no power, and it was freezing inside. So we left at around noon. There was still no power when we left. We were in constant contact with the management company and clear communication. When we asked for a refund for the following two nights, we were denied.

Definitely would rate 5 stars, this place was very spacious, clean and quiet!

We loved this house! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a Thanksgiving feast (except a mixer) and the quality of the pots, pans and cutlery was amazing for a rental property. The kids (small and large) loved the game room. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We will definitely return!

We had a great stay at the property. Met some family and had plenty of room. Enjoyed the game room and the hot tub. Everything was clean.

The house was clean with plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and made our stay a little easier for quick meals. The hot tub was ready to use when we arrived. The game room in the garage was a nice way to spend some of our down time. We used the house as a base for excursions to Portland and our son's wedding at the Cedarville Lodge. We would definitely stay at Springwater if we are in the area again.

Our family came to town for a wedding. It was a very quick trip. This house was very close to the airport and the wedding venue, so it was perfect. The house was great. Well appointed, plenty of room for a family of 9. They also had gear for an infant which was nice. Game room was fun. The house was very clean, we enjoyed the hot tub as well. Kitchen is well stocked, even had to use the laundry unexpectedly, so glad it was available. Would rent again.

We traveled to Gresham from KC, MO to visit family. Everyone stayed at the house (all 10 of us) and we had plenty of room. There were fun things in the game room for the kids to do and play with. It was a wonderful time with family in the perfect location.

We had 8 friends come to town for our friends wedding. This location was perfect for us. Plenty of room, great activities, and prime location.
