Cozy atmosphere in bed room, Kin g bed with best sheets and pillows, welcome drinks coffee tea and wonderful sitting sofa inside bed room. All were built with aesthetic sense of beauty. Men at reception also very nice and welcoming. Parking huge inside and outside all free. Its great experience really.

Room was good

They checked me in very late (6:30PM) because the room was not ready yet! The next day I had to check out for an emergency at 4 PM and instead of making it up for their very late check in, they insisted on charging me full for the second day. That was totally unfair.

Staff were not so professional, road leading to the hotel was closed and facility had no restaurant, so one had to walk almost 10 minutes to get food.

The hotel has no facilities, No lobby and no food or any other activities despite it is mentioned it is 4 stars hotel during my booking. Also, the hotel is not offering any shuttle busses plus taxi service is also not easy. Whoever has to book in this hotel has to manage the transportation well.

Everything was amazing with this hotel! The staff were the most friendliest especially Abdullah. We came across a major issue with our bag being left in a taxi, the staff went over and beyond my expectations to retrieve the bag, they took me to the police station to file a lost report, they stayed well over their shift end time to make sure we left the hotel safely with all our luggage and they arranged a ride for us to Jeddah Airport at 1am!
