My family (2 couples and two individuals) had an excellent stay at this property. It was the perfect set up for our party with two downstairs bedrooms with individual bathrooms and the upstairs with two separate sleeping areas and a bathroom. We stayed for 5 nights but wished we could stay for many more.
The property was fully stocked with beach towels, everything you need for cooking, and even beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel equipment, and boogie boards. It’s about a ten minute walk to Turtle Bay resort where you can get coffee, shop, and go to restaurants and of course the beach.
My family was already talking about the next time we can go back. Thank you!

This place was great. Customer support was prompt and helpful and there was property staff available during the day too. There is a parking pass required if you have a car so make sure there is one available. We made the mistake of shopping first and the people before us had left behind things in the fridge and so we had doubles of some items. Just because there was some confusion on my part: there is one master bedroom with king bed and ensuite, a second bedroom with king bed and the loft has a queen bed and two singles. There are three full baths. Excellent setup for three couples, and two kids. Only complaint is the sound carries and we could hear the neighbours, but it was quiet after 10 pm. Laundry was super handy, more than enough dishes, glasses, etc. You MUST snorkel and check out the turtles, highly recommend the hidden beach to the northwest.

If you are looking for a beautiful and quiet place to stay while in Hawaii I highly recommend Turtle bay. It’s off the beaten path. I had plenty of room to run, walk, and hike. Our families really enjoyed the spacious condo. 15 and 17 year olds slept upstairs which was great.
Private beach time was only a 10 minute walk from the condo. I felt safe to do all of these things alone.
We have stayed in Hawaii two times before in Waikiki. I will never stay anywhere else than turtle Bay. Food trucks were within a 5 minute drive.
We loved meals at Ted’s Bakery, 7 Brothers, and the corn dog truck (fried pineapple = amazing).
The grocery store is close enough that you don’t need to buy any extras. There are beaches everywhere! Beautiful!
My only suggestions to make this property better would be a broom and operating directions for appliances. Also, please leave out an experience book for guests! This is a great opportunity for guests to share what they love about the area! ❤️

We live on Oahu and stay at Turtle Bay condos several times per year when mainland friends visit us. This condo was by far the roomiest, cleanest and most comfortable we’ve seen. The renovations are really well done and the 8 of us had an amazing time. Definitely recommend for comfort, value & location of course !!

We really enjoyed our vacation with the 3BR Condo! It comes very well equipped with kitchen cooking items as well as many towels. It was easy for the six of us to enjoy our time together and have space for time alone.The master bathroom shower does need some work but he others were great. We would recommend this to others.The grill has been replaced with a small electric grill, so bbqing was a bit hard.Had a great time and would go again!

Great place for family or friends to stay. We were 3 couples, everyone had their space and the place was very comfortable, especially with the AC units. Nice screened in Lanai overlooking the golf course. Everyone enjoyed the place, would definitely use again.

This home was perfect for our family of 8! The location is conveniently located just steps from Turtle Bay Beach. The condo was easy to access, clean and ample space. We loved the split AC unit because half of us like a cooler space than the rest! Easy access to a lot of great beaches on the North Shore and the pool is right next door. The kitchen has everything you need and we took advantage of using the beach and pool toys provided. We wish we would have spent more time here, would definitely return and use this home for our next vacation. Highly recommend this place for a group or family vacation.

This is by far the nicest unit that we have rented out at the Kuilima West Turtle Bay condo complex! It is clean, spacious, cool (thanks to the split unit aircondition units in the loft, living room and kitchen/dining room and wall units in the 2 bedrooms), beautifully decorated, super well stocked kitchen (even has a food processor!)... I could continue on and on with our delight with this unit!
This is the first time that I rented through the Ali'i management company. They were fantastic-responded to every question/request that I had super quickly-very, very helpful!
My family is already looking at our schedule to figure out when we can return for another staycation to get out of the hustle and bustle of Honolulu.

This place was EXCELLENT. From the very beginning the communication and facilities were GREAT! The kitchen setup was a cooks dream. The location is great if you want to relax and avoid the craziness of Waikiki. I cannot say enough good things about the unit. We will definitely use them again!

Plenty of space for 3 small families. Amazing screened in Lanai. Grilled fresh fish on the Lanai a couple nights. Pool was big enough for the kids and great location for all north shore activities.
