Very nice condo complex and our lodging was perfect. It was away from the congestion of the village but close enough for a very short drive. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. Would stay again.

We had a great time at the condo. Few things to note, there are no ceiling fans though plug in fans in the closet, the kitchen is VERY well stocked, the condo is older but updated, the tub is dated so fairly small, there is a separate ice maker that you must refill to use, location is on POINT - super close to everything.

The location of the property was perfect -- walking distance to the pier, shopping and many local restaurants. It was great they had a heated pool as the temperatures were cool. We enjoyed our stay and would book at this location again.

location good , but there were light bulbs missing and TV needed instructions. Condo definitely needs upgrading, otherwise it was good.

Excellent location and property. Parking was hard to get close to the property but expect it was because of the time of year. The 4th of July on St. Simons is extremely busy.

Perfect for two hours people. Bathroom sink area could use a update sink was very low for taller people. Other than that was good.

This was a great place to stay for my husband and I for a quick getaway. The location was great and close to everything.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at Ocean Walk. The people were friendly and the community was beautiful. Loved the Saint Simons area. We will definitely be back.

Great location to biking paths and pier

I would have liked a bigger coffee pot or Kurig. But that is just me.

Quite condo complex with very friendly neighbours. 15 min walk from beach. Very enjoyable week ir work & relaxation

Watched the most beautiful sunset on the pier, had wonderful meals. Met a shark fisherman who shared pics and tales! 💛

Property was not ready at check in time but host was responsive when notified. Kitchen would be easier with an ice maker in the frig rather than ice trays. There was an additional counter top ice maker but ice was very wet making it difficult to accumulate. The king bed was VERY comfortable. The community was quiet and nicely maintained. We would definitely return.

The condo was centrally located for all of the wedding activities which was a huge help without renting a car.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a perfect place for my husband and I for a long weekend. We would rent there again.

I’ve been coming to SSI my entire life and it’s my home away from home. I love it. We thought the 1bd condo was perfect for what we needed…and it would have been if a few things had been different. First, based on rental agreement we signed, we were under the impression there was a W/D in the unit. We would not have stayed there had we known there wasn’t. An infant and the beach do not mix without a washer and dryer. Second, the WiFi didn’t work. Took us over 24 hours of communicating with rental company, owner, and Comcast to solve the problem. Next, the dish washer didn’t work. Not a huge deal 6 months ago when we didn’t have our infant. We had no way of sanitizing/sterilizing our son’s bottles. I called Shannon at Signature and left a voice mail about it and never got a return call. I am a new mom and was really looking forward to a relaxing peaceful weekend. I didn’t enjoy having to troubleshoot the WiFi for a whole day, washing dishes by hand, and not being able to wash our clothes and towels. Suggestion to owner: have a notebook with where everything is in condo, tips to make things work, and maybe a map of the property layout. We never found the laundry mat or gym. We were told there was a blow up mattress. Never could locate it. Positives: very clean! Property complex is beautiful, clean, and loved the pools. Neighbors are super friendly. I’ll always recommend SSI to anyone; however, we will not be heading back to Ocean Walk T4.
