The amenities were spectacular! Jim and Maggie went beyond expectations to ensure all the special touches were added. Snacks, a tray of yummy cinnamon rolls from the local bakery, and toiletries were all left for us, and were very much appreciated. Jim's response time for all of our questions was immediate.

The house was more than we could have expected. We came here for a bachelor/bachelorette party weekend. The room situation worked out perfectly. The house was well stacked with everything we needed, and more. Would recommend this place for anyone to stay.

Our family enjoyed everything about Jim and Maggie’s vacation rental. The property was beautiful and clean, very well laid out and maintained. The hosts are so thoughtful, they felt like friends right away. Beautiful location and nice neighborhood. We will definitely want to come back again!

We loved the house and property..we had 11 total and there were plenty of room /beds/bathrooms etc. The kitchen was great to work in..the house was so well appointed with extra touches throughout..Our 2 yr old grandaughter loved riding her balance bike around the circular driveway..lots of yard games were played..the beach was close by and very nice...Thanks Jim and Maggie for a wonderful stay

I can’t recommend this property more highly! We all had the best getaway here. The house is decorated so beautifully. Everything we could ever want ( unexpectedly) was at hand.
We were lucky and had great weather so we were able to enjoy the gorgeous deck outside and the super comfortable ( and again gorgeous) living room for family gatherings. We hope to make this house a repeat for our yearly family reunion!

The house was roomy, clean, beautiful and the owners were great! They communicated with us and gave us a lot of info on the area. We had 10 ladies for a bachelorette weekend and everyone absolutely loved the house! We all agreed we’d definitely come back and stay there!

This is a beautiful home that easily accommodated our large group. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The grounds are well maintained and lovely. The hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with. They even left us a ton of yummy snacks and coffee/tea to enjoy. We had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to stay again. This house exceeded our expectations for sure. 😊

Outstanding house that had all the amenities we were looking for. The owners went above and beyond with two types of coffee machines that were well stocked, counter top ice maker, crock pot, and everything you need in a well stocked kitchen. The chocolates, candy, snacks and gift certificate to a local pie shop (which was fantastic) went above and beyond our expectations. The game room which included an arcade and air hockey was a fantastic place for all to enjoy.
We had 13 family and friends and lived and slept comfortably. Great location. Close to Ashtabula and Geneva on the Lake. Both had good restaurants and things to do. We had four small grandchildren with us and found plenty for them to do with the beach and several parks/playgrounds close by. Plus we had a blast going to Geneva on the Lake for arcades and mini-golf. The outside was also outstanding with a large deck with plenty of seating, gas grill and pizza oven.
The owner included plenty of games and toys for the kids to enjoy. We really enjoyed using the fire table in the evening.
Overall, we would highly recommend this property to all, especially larger groups.

Our family reunion brought 12 adults and two children together. The house offered enough space to sit together as a big group and also places for two or three people to sit and chat. We especially enjoyed the deck out back in the evening. Beds we’re comfortable and there were enough bathrooms. We enjoyed the treats provided by the hosts, including cookies, crackers, coffee and coffee pods, and coffee cream. Books to read. Games to play. Gas fireplace made for cozy evenings. Best of all were the recommendations that the hosts made for restaurants and activities. This home is a great place to make family memories.

This is an amazing house with beyond fabulous host. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a very nice stay in their house for a very sad occasion. We were greeted with a beautiful box of bakery goods and a house that included so many extra touches that we were pleasantly surprised. I would definitely stay here again!

This was such a great house! The location was perfect, as it was very close to the lake and all the wineries. The house was immaculate and the owners offered a ton of extras, which really added to the experience. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t great and we were unable to enjoy the gorgeous outside deck and its amenities, but the house was great to cook in, play games, and it was big enough that everyone in our party had their own, very comfortable room. The owners were very easy to get ahold of and were very accommodating. We would absolutely stay here again!

Thank you for an amazing stay. We do an annual girls trip every year. This is our 2nd time staying in the area & you couldn't ask for a better location even in the winter. This property is hands down the best property we have ever stayed out. The owners have thought of everything. 7 bedrooms, which 6 of them are couple worthy. You won't find a better stocked kitchen, sweet personal touches like coffee bar & chocolates to great smelling soup & extra toiletries in the bathroom, and the cleanest place we have yet to stay.
We took full advantages of the multiple gather spaces. We watched lots of silly TV & laughed on the comfy couches, played lots of games & had meals together at the big tables, and had morning coffee in the breakfast nook watching the huge Blue Jays at the bird feeder. I also can't forget the game room that kept out night owls entertained.
If you are looking for a couples trip, girls weekend, or a family get away, this is a perfect location anytime of the year. We look forward to coming back.
