This home was perfect for our trip! It had everything I needed to make big family meals and lots of fun games. The hot tub was really enjoyed, as well. It’s in a great location close to great restaurants, shopping and close to Nubs Nob. We definitely rent this property again!

Our hosts treated us like family. Our adult children and their children gathered for a ski weekend. The house was so well provisioned- from the kitchen, coffee bar, games, and bathrooms. The hot tub after skiing (with temps of 8 degrees) was heavenly. The back yard view was a winter wonderland. Check in and check out processes were easy too. You will definitely enjoy a stay here!

Our group consisted of 6 adults and 7 kids. The house had plenty of space and a fun, separate game area for kids. The hot tub was an added bonus! We were a quick drive to Nubs and The Highlands. The house was incredibly clean and well appointed. Would highly recommend!

Mind BLOWN does not even begin to describe how impressed we all were by not only this beautiful house but how amazing the hosts were. Having traveled often and stayed in many places, I can honestly say this is the best experience to date. The house was beautiful, looked brand new, and laid out perfect for our large group ( 7adults, 5 kids). The gathering area was great and there was also plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The fire pit, hot tub, and especially game room were enjoyed by all. The house was stocked with any amenity you could think of and as someone who always forgets at least one thing, it was appreciated. Melissa and Russ were so helpful and took the extra step to even make sure the house was decorated for the holidays for us. I can not recommend this place enough. We will be back up that way and when we are, this is the only place I want to stay. Thank you for everything and for making this Christmas one of the most memorable ones ever!

This home was all about the details--well-stocked kitchen and coffee bar, indoor and outdoor games, amenities in the bathrooms, very clean and organized. The decor was attractive and the neighborhood was quiet and pretty. We enjoyed the deer who gathered right outside our windows too.

The hosts and property were excellent. We loved the location. The home was great, well appointed, plenty of amenities and the hosts did an outstanding job in communicating, giving us suggestions for local places to dine, and for the items they stocked / provided for our use. Highly recommend!

Eight ladies from across the country gathered in this VRBO and had a wonderful time. The home is beautiful and has every single thing you need. The hosts went above and beyond with supplies, etc. Our weather was perfect and the house was in a perfect location for scouting around Charlevoix, Petoskey, Harbor Springs, and a day on Mackinac Island. It was paradise! None of us ever wanted to leave.

This property was perfect for a group of senior women golfers teeing it up at Harbor Pointe GC. Only 3 minutes from the course! Sufficient room for all with all the amenities of home plus some. Beautiful, quiet property in a serene location yet a stone's throw from "downtown" Harbor Springs. Would definitely consider booking for 2024.

This home far surpassed our expectations. The house was beautifully decorated, stocked with anything you could possibly need, in a gorgeous and private setting, and just a short drive from all the fun Harbor Springs has to offer. Will definitely be returning!

We have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years. I must say that this is our favorite to date!
This is a beautifully refurbished home with many gathering places. We had a party of 10 with 6 adults and 4 children. Everyone was able to find a quiet spot when they wanted.
This house came with many extras that we have never seen at vacation rentals. There was a weeks worth of paper products, coffee, tea, cream and sugar, cleaning supplies and garbage bags. There was an air fryer and crockpot along with many different pans and food storage containers. We also appreciated the beach towels.
Our whole group thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. We rode bikes, went to the beach, visited wineries and ate great food.

The house was very well appointed, clean, and seemed recently renovated. It had everything we needed for our stay, along with a number of extras. There were 9 in our group including 5 teenagers and 4 adults, and we had plenty of space to spread out. The town is centrally located amidst a number of great activities. The house is in a quiet neighborhood where you will want to stay respectful of the neighbors. NOT a party location. Would definitely stay here again!

This property filled all of our wants and needs. Great floor plan to gather as a group or a nice screened porch to have some alone time. Our host was extremely helpful and accommodating. It was very clean and lots of extras that made us feel special.

The city was doing work on water pipes without proper notification to owner. Management company and owner very willing to work with us offering refunds. They were extremely accommodating and apologetic! The house is beautiful and brand new would definitely recommend a stay.

This property was awesome! The amenities were spot on, the house was clean and the owner was very responsive. The paddle boards were a hit with everyone…age 11 to 51!! Proximity to Harbor Springs and State Parks was perfect.

This home was VERY clean. We traveled with 4 kids ranging from 1-7 years old and they all enjoyed it. The attention to details was great. They had everything you could think of in the home. If you forgot anything at home they most likely had it. Great communication with the host. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful time at the house. The home was very clean and was stocked with everything we could need. The space was great, nice yard, quiet neighborhood, great grill for dinners and the deck and hot tub were a nice treat. It was also nice to be able to use the garage. The beds were comfortable and the communication was also very good. We and our dog had such a great time and are looking forward to our next trip back in the fall.

This home is everything you could ask for in a friends ski weekend. Perfect location, 10 minutes from Nubs Nob and Highlands and close to town, yet the setting felt secluded. The hosts thought of everything you might need and include things you might not just in case. They responded quickly to an issue and came out to check on it that day. We all would stay here again!

I cannot say enough good things about this home and the hosts. Great communication from the start and a beautifully appointed home. They have thought of everything anyone would need for their stay. Plenty of room for our two families, kids loved the basement and the hot tub was great for aprés ski. Will definitely stay there again. Thank you again for a wonderful weekend.

This was hands down one of the best Vrbo that we have stay in. The property managers were great about communicating and the property was extremely clean and updated. Kitchen, bedrooms, and living spaces were fully stocked with everything you could ever need to have an enjoyable vacation in the beautiful town of harbor springs.

Loved our stay. House is special and nicely decorated and appointed for a family vacation. Everything is new and pristine. Very cozy, lots of games and the hot tub was amazing after long days of skiing.
My kids had a competition going with the pac-man arcade game, foosball and ping pong. it was great to be able to have our two dogs there. There was of lots of areas to walk them and not too far from downtown Harbor Springs.
Great communication with the owners and management team. All of our questions were answered promptly.
Easily one of our favorite places we have stayed through VRBO. it had everything we needed and extra touches too. We enjoyed Christmas away from home here and we are so glad we found this place. We hope to be back maybe over the summer!
