Anytime we go to Pismo we love to stay at this hotel. It’s in a quiet neighborhood always clean and the staff is always friendly.

Overall was a good experience, hotel is well located but the breakfast service can be improved. Today were many people having breakfast and fruits, eggs, and breads were missing for us when arrived to get our breakfast.

There were some stains on the couch. We had to call down for bedding and sheets for the sofa bed. The tv remote did not work..

Norman at the front desk is stellar. We were running late for check-in and coming from a long drive from a snowstorm and he made us feel at ease with a warm welcome, almost like the feels that we made it safe to home. My family spent 4 nights at IHG and we had a grand time. Thank you Norman and all the staff who made our stay worthwhile from Nov 26 to 30

They forgot to clean our room 3 days in a row so we had to go looking for towels and toilet paper and we had to clean our own garbage.

Long check in process. Hotel is nice. Nice parking safe and secure. Room was nice. Beds super comfortable. Housekeeping was good when they came but they didn’t come daily. When I called for towels they were brought up in a decent amount of time. Good area.

We arrived 30 minutes before you check in time. The room is not ready and the front desk guys is very rude. They charge $25 for the Parking lot I don’t why if we stay in the hotel

Very nice hotel, everything is new and clean, with good parking with access to the rooms. The parking fee is $25 per night but is an enclosed garage, very secure. Very friendly employees, especially Norman at the front desk, very helpful.

The hotel is quite new and so lobby and rooms are in excellent conditions. Staff are approachable and helpful but some with Armenian accent that may be a challenge to understand if you are a tourist from an Asian country. Breakfast is good but the same all through out the week. The mall is walkable for people ages 8 to 49 but will be a challenge older ones. Overall a decent, clean and safe hotel with amenities you expect from all hotels with the same star ratings and price.

We stayed for a weekend for my son birthday. It was in a great location. Every where we wanted to go was only 15 mins drive away. The staff was nice and friendly. The breakfast was great. Thank you for a great staycation. We will be back to this location when we come back to Los Angeles.
