The house itself was great and perfectly located and accommodated my family. We love this area!

I called twice and never heard back from anyone. I spoke to Vacasa twice and they said they have made local contacts aware but we heard nothing.The hot tub was filthy with beer caps, it smelled terrible and was only 2/3 of the way full. So instead of a call I got three emails today asking for a review so I’m highly disappointed. We booked this place for the hot tub and couldn’t use it. The trash cans were full so we had to take most trash with us there were beer cans in the fire pit that we had no firewood for anyways. There was coffee still in coffee maker.We asked for an early check in since I have small children traveling and kept getting denied and that’s fine but I now it not because it was being tending too. Unless I get a phone call or acknowledgment there was a problem I’ll be taking our future business elsewhere. Sad because we love the area and have recently stayed on this very road 4 time in the last year.
