Amazing location, convenient to the town, fabulous view, private parking, bed very comfortable
A fan to cool the loft in the heat would have be really good.

Beautiful views over the Lough.
Perfect location.
Dog friendly.
The bedroom has a steep ladder and low ceiling. Whilst physically we had no issue with this, 2 night's was plenty.
There are also no curtains/blinds. Personally I loved the view of the sun coming up but my partner didn't. Again any longer than 2 night's would have a difficult.

It is the location across the road from the village and the view across the harbour that are the saving graces of this venue. With no reception per se and heating being by log burning stove it would need a specific arrival time to organise this in advance.
Modern, comfortable furnishings and perhaps some form of central heating would not be unreasonable for the price.
Definitely should be prior safety warning of the steep ladder to the sleeping area and that there is no adult standing room there.

The quirkiness, the view, the cosiness and comfort
And the proximity to the sea and town. Parking was also appreciated.
I'm tall so the mezzanine was a bit tight, lacked headroom but other than that it was excellent. Very enjoyable.
