Unbeatable location for the price, right next to town and beaches, while still being very quiet. Cute decor and well equipped with a kitchen, coffee machine, laundry and all amenities. Fantastic to have a dog friendly place for this price too!
It would have been good to have a smart tv and a more comfortable lounge. A bit cold in winter without any heating or reverse cycle air con. Be aware there is no yard so you do have to walk your dog outside to go to the toilet, but this wasn't an issue for us.

Close to shops and short walk to the beach
The advert shows a picture of garages but parking is on street. You have to pay an extra $45 for pet cleaning privately to the owner, it is not included in the price! This should be transparent in the ad.
Got very little sleep due to Flies buzzing constantly throughout the apartment. We killed 78 flies in 1 hour, the more we killed the more they came. 3 bottles of flyspray didnt touch them. They were huge and coming out of the wall seams, vents etc. When I contacted the owner she stated she had pest control out the week before and the unit above had the same issue, meaning she was aware of the issue but was not transparent of this issue with paying customers. No offer of partial refund or any form of credit.

hot water ran out after 2 showers, no toilet paper, internet didn’t work. nothing to dry dishes with. coffee machine didn’t work correctly. lock safe for key was broken.

Good location, and owner was prompt to respond to issues.
we had internet issues - both slow and sometimes not working at all which we only found out about after we enquired.
the bed collapsed my first night there (I was sleeping alone) and had to be fixed the next day by the owners
they supplied only 1 and a bit rolls of toilet paper for 3 night booking so we had to buy our own.
no refund of any kind was offered- just apology.

No air con in a hot area of NSW. 34 degrees each day with just fans buzzing around pushing hot air in your face. Dog was overheated. I did not realise no aircon till we arrived. Who in 2023 in this area does not provide aircon? We actually had a terrible time. Fridge did not work well. Everything in freezer defrosted. Ice maker in fridge did not work. Drinks in fridge did not get cold. No secure area for the dog to sit. Needs a gate across front verandah. Nothing at all provided for a dog like a bowl for water. Would have left after 10 mins if we could have afforded to but after paying almost $200 a night I just could not afford to go elsewhere. We had no sleep for 2 nights!

The property was clean and walking distance to the beach and shops.
There was no air conditioning which was really surprising considering the cost. There were ceiling fans but they were noisy and made sleeping difficult. The advertisement led me to believe this was a house however it was a small unit in residential block.

Very Central location
We had an issue with one of the beds, but left a note and host sorted without an issue. It was hot to sleep with no a/c, but weather was incredibly unusually humid and sticky.

Great location and a really welcoming and comfortable place to stay. Was spotless and beautifully styled. have also considered what people need to make it a great stay - from the coffee machine to the beach towels - touches that make a huge difference.
Where to park could be made a little clearer - ie that it’s street parking

It was such a cute place and styled so beautifully. Great location, clean and tidy. It had comfortable beds and all the little things like nice hand soaps and good toilet paper.
We couldn’t park the car in the garage.
