The staff is untrained and unprofessional and didn't understand basic things.
Bathrooms and the rooms are in the worst condition. Saw termites and bed bugs at one point. Had to leave immediately

Owner behavior is so familiar and supportive . He is such a gentleman.

First time in India, after a hard beginning in Delhi where many people try to scam you it was very good to end up at Hotel Khubsaras.
All the staff is friendly and very caring for customers. Rahul helped me a lot with my travel plans, took some time to explain me the things and helped me getting away from the scams as well as saving my money by explaining me the best transport options and how to book them. He is very patient.
I highly recommend this hotel.
