The view of the river is the best. The layout of the house is really cool

Cleaner didn't clean the house first. Big spill mess in one of the freezers, I had to unload, load and unload the dishwasher, had to empty all our garbages and carry it all 7 houses down to a dumpster. And I had to pay $100 for a cleaning fee. The drawers were not organized or cleaned since being constructed. No patio furniture yet for us. Only for certain other guests we noticed.

They sent me a code. I didnt have to meet anyone from the property.

I couldn't figure out how to turn on the heat.

This was more like an Airbnb, there was no staff we received our check in information electronically. The buildings were brand new.

Loved how close the location is to downtown Houghton and the views from the house!

Wish there were more lamps as compared to overhead lighting. Also the patio deck lights don’t shut off at night or we couldn’t find a switch.

There was one of the sofas that had a good looking chocolate stain, the kitchen drying towels had a lot of clumps of hair from being washed, and a crack in the wall in one of the rooms. Otherwise, it was great!
