Quality finishes throughout and it was sparkling on arrival. Beds were very very comfortable and they obviously haven't spared any expense on the linen. A perfect place to escape for the weekend.

The unit, the location, the facilities are very nice.

There is no air conditioning in this house. The heat inside the house was unbearable. Two of the bedrooms have ceiling fans but there are none in the loungeroom making it unusable to watch TV. I am a disability support worker and brought my client along for some respite care. He was unable to stay in this house due to the heat affecting his lung condition so I had to spend $455 for him to stay in the Pacific Motor Inn which, happily, had AC. Since there was no more room at the Inn, I was forced to stay at Seamist. The bedroom I used did not cool down until the early hours and I hardly slept for three nights. Honestly, this was the worst accomodation experience I have ever had in Australia. Looking back, no, they do not advertise AC on the booking dot com site but I didn't even think to ask. A seaside unit without AC is unthinkable. A complete waste of $823.
