Great location in Dayton close to downtown and The Arcade - used to prosper wedding programs welcome bags and cookies and organize many support activities. Beautiful home with lots of room and great support from owner.

The Blue House Retreat is a wonderful place to stay! It has been beautifully renovated. All the accommodations are top notch from the comfy beds to a yummy coffee bar. Our trip was filled with special memories here and touring the Air Force, Wright brothers, and Packard museums.

Right from the booking stage, the host's responsiveness was unmatched, promptly addressing any questions we had and putting our minds at ease. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with easy-to-follow instructions, making settling in a breeze. The attention to detail made the check-in process seamless, and the space itself was immaculate, providing a comforting and clean atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The standout feature of this rental was how accurately the photos portrayed the property. No misleading surprises here; the space was just as beautiful, if not more, than we had envisioned. The location was perfect, situated in the heart of the Gem city with easy access to attractions and amenities. Exploring the area and creating cherished memories with our family was a breeze. Our initial weariness about vacation rentals vanished the moment we stepped foot into this gem of a property. The host's attentiveness, clear instructions, pristine space, and truthful depiction of the rental exceeded our expectations. Home was very beautiful and comfortable and clean. Only a slight issue is needed pot holders and a collinder. Very spacious as we were there for a baseball tournament and it was close to all of the ball fields that we played at.

Our stay was great. Comfortable rooms and beds and the house was super clean. Arron was very helpful and accommodating. There are great eateries close by and we felt very safe. The only item is this is an older house and the stairs are small and steep but we navigated that just fine. I would recommend this to anyone who needs to visit Dayton.

This was a wonderful house. We stayed 3 days and the accommodations were great! We would definitely stay here again.
