We loved this condo; the amenities in the kitchen were outstanding compared to other vacation rentals. It was very convenient and provided the comforts of home. Great lighting, clean, great game collection - everything we expected and more. We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful vacation here. The condo was just lovely. The decor was beautiful and it was clean and comfortable with enough room for all. We didn’t need to bring anything except clothing, food and personal items. Everything we could could need (was supplied and the owners were extremely responsive to any questions. What a lovely stay we had in Waterville - in particular the accommodation surpassed expectations. I don't think the online listing did it justice as it was just fantastic. Felt like home from home but better - I took photos of the interiors so I could copy them in my own home! Everything that we needed was available to us and thoughtful touches throughout this lovely home. The owners were in touch to make sure check-in was smooth and then when the weather wasn't great with suggestions of rainy day activities. They could not have been more helpful. I hope we can return at some point. Family of 5 from Scotland

We have stayed at a number of different condos in the valley and this one was by far our favorite! Everything is new, clean and decorated beautifully. Rich and Tina were great communicators and extremely helpful hosts. The layout of the condo is perfect and offers lots of space so you don’t feel on top of one another. The lower floor is also very cool which we appreciated during a humid July stay. Thanks again!

Really clean and well-renovated condo. We used as a home base for our friends' wedding at Waterville Conference Center. Super close to everything, could have walked if we wanted to :) Lots of space, great info booklet to guide us to limited restaurants in the area, good communication, a perfect stay!

We came to Waterville Valley for a wedding nearby. The house was beautiful and clean. It was a close walk into Waterville Valley center which was nice since we decided to walk to and from the wedding venue. There was tons of room for 7 adults. Rich and Tina reached out several times to make sure we were satisfied with their space. Thanks Rich and Tina!

One of the nicest rentals for the price I have stayed in. Affordable, clean, and the hosts were on point. One of the best things about the property is the bunk room with single beds. Easily accommodates a group of friends, something that a lot of properties lack.

This condo is beautiful, spacious, and immaculate!! We stayed here for a ski weekend with two families and there was plenty of room for everyone. You can’t go wrong with three full bathrooms and a half bath!! The kids room with the lofted bunk beds were a huge hit! Easy check in process and the hosts were readily available with any questions! Would highly recommend this beautiful condo and skiing At Waterville Valley!

We had an awesome stay here catching up with old college friends for the weekend. The home has everything we needed and more, and had great space for everyone to feel at home and relax. The rental process here was very straightforward and the hosts have put a lot of thought into curating the house. We hope to come back again!

This property was spectacular for a long-weekend of winter fun in the valley! The house location was perfect - right in the midst of everything from the mountain to the town and every activity in between.
The house itself was wonderful. Beautiful and cozy with every amenity needed and plenty of room for our party of 5. Our hosts really thought of every last detail when setting their unit up. We enjoyed the electric fireplace, playing games in the basement, and all the technology throughout (from entry to Alexa).
The best past was definitely the communication and responsiveness of our hosts. They prepared immaculate instructions, but we’re equally ready to answer any additional questions we had.
We can’t wait to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting the perfect family escape!
