Excellent location. Spacious, comfortable, well equipped and quiet. Nice views over Hoboken.
4 flights of stairs with luggage may be a problem for some. Minor glitches - tricky door lock on bathroom, no plug in kitchen sink.

The location was for me essential
66 stairs to get to the apartment were not easy for me as I walk with a stick, but I knew about it beforehand, so all fine.
Bed linen could be upgraded easily
Kitchen utensils were a minimum for someone who likes to cook

The location and apt was really good. Everything was clean and comfortable
The only and big drawback was that there was no elevator. Carrying heavy suitcases four flights up was very difficult. Also hard for people with weak legs.

Clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and a well appointed kitchen. Location is perfect… right in the center of everything you’d want in Hoboken. Infinite shopping/dining options as it’s on the “main drag” of Washington St. Small bodega for groceries and necessities two shops over and a coffee shop right beneath at street level!
Literally, nothing! But may be important for some to know this is a fourth floor walk up.
