Property was great and felt really spacious. We enjoyed it, and it was comfortable. It was close to Wilsons Prom, which is what we liked, and there was only short travelling to nearby towns of Fish Creek and Sandy Point.

Only issues were with the doors of the second bedroom and the bathroom. They were really hard to open and close because the floor below them, at the doorways, had evidently swelled upwards and the doors therefore jamb against the floor. The doors need to have the bottoms shaved off them a little, to improve the clearance and therefore make them easily operable again. Otherwise, aside from that, it was all good. Also, unlike email sent from the owner, concerning clean-up at the end . . . there is no dishwasher (as mentioned in the email), and there were no easily accessible outside bins (the outside bin is actually near to the house next door.)

Old and dated property .The bbq was not cleaned at all same with the wood fire heater . When water in the kitchen or toilet was used the water pump would make terrible noise as it is in the house. When flushing the toilet the whole hose would tremble. Especially annoying during night.Couches were stained and upholstery not cleaned . TV in the bedroom and dining area not ready for watching. Took time to find channels. Sunday afternoon we sat to watch tennis Aus Open and before 6 pm noise from a lawn mower was so laud that we couldn’t follow the match. We had to ask the person to stop and resume the next day. The person said that he has to finish the job. We were annoyed. Months before the stay we received numerous emails what we are going to be charged if so and so happened. Money were taken upfront half of the amount two months before our stay and the rest one month before. We felt threatened from the emails received and wouldn’t dare to use another time . Booking was with Booking.com and as we are confident users and travellers we were not at ease at all.
