Located in an odd alley with peculiar people about. Not a very nice neighborhood. No parking. Beds squeaky and very loud neighbors.

Muy buena ubicación, apartamento super cómodo con todo lo que necesitas para una excelente estadía. Me dio pena solo estar una noche, me hubiese encantado quedarme más ya que es un lugar muy acogedor y cómodo.

Loved the central location of this small but perfectly provisioned apartment. All mod cons and very easy to find and well positioned for all the delights of Cartegena with a unique local view. Would definitely use again.for a short stay option.

Everything was fine except that the email we received listed the wrong room, so we ended up walking in on another couple who were in our room. The email we received said we were in 3B (I triple-checked it), but it turns out we were actually in 4B, one floor up. Somehow, our door code worked for both rooms, and we walked in on some very surprised people. We only discovered we were in 4B after the other couple called the host. It was an awkward check-in. Otherwise, everything was fine.
If we had received the correct room number, things would have been better.

What a fabulous gem of an apartment, really close to bars etc and easy free parking. Great communication from the host and would recommend and use again

The flat is bright, spacious and spotless. It is in a great location close to a lovely square with shops and restaurants. You can walk everywhere - lots of nice restaurants with patios and the waterfront promenade. Very responsive and friendly service. I would definitely start there again

Apartment is in a central location within walking distance of all attractions/bars/shops/restaurants but in a quiet area. Very clean with everything you need for a long stay in an apartment. Great terrace which was a much needed sun trap on colder days. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

we were comfortable in the apartment and the hosting staff was very friendly.
the location was not great and the building was somewhat smelly. we thought the price value for our stay was not good, we could have stayed at a hotel at a cheaper price.

Really beautiful apartment in a great location. Self check in was smooth and clear instructions given. Didn't meet the owners/staff but communication was quick and easy. Overall a well equipped apartment.
To give a 10, it would have been nice to have Shampoo and conditioner and a selection of tea (coffee was supplied).
The metal bed springs were very noisy on the main bed, my husband is a light sleeper and it caused him to wake up each time one of us was to turn over.

Whole experience was fantastic. It was really quick, easy and nice to contact with the owner and receive the keys. The apartment was clean with modern decoration and equipment. Lovely views from balcony and windows.
Great location aswell.
All in all an easy and comfortable stay. Would choose this place again anytime!
