Charles was extremely responsive and accessible before during and after our stay, which was much appreciated. The house is beautiful and very spacious. The location seemed convenient for the most part as well, ubers to downtown, South Beach, etc were readily available. The kitchen was reasonably well-stocked as were the showers with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was great for our group. The backyard and pool were fabulous.

Charles offered services through the house and we chose to do the grocery stocking, hibachi chef and the yacht rental. We trusted these services would match the quality of the home, but unfortunately that was not the case (aside from the hibachi chef who we liked very much). The yacht was in extremely poor condition (cockroaches, broken glass, extremely rusted, no power/AC in the cabin, poor location and they last minute moved our scheduled time without giving us a choice). Also, our groceries/alcohol were not stocked as promised with many items missing. We had hoped Charles would rectify these issues, but instead we were told to handle it with the vendors directly which was upsetting and a sign of poor customer service as he is the one who put us in touch with these services in the first place (and takes a cut of the payment) I would also recommend that Charles require payment for these services either in advance or following the stay as I was texted and called a few times during the stay to complete the payment for these services.... Last thing someone wants to deal with while on vacation and hosting a large group. Very distracting and against the basic tenets of hospitality. The fire alarm & sprinklers gave us many unexpected surprises/annoyances as well, but Charles answered the phone when we were looking for help. We also never received a welcome packet with details on wifi, key code, etc.... Required us to continue to bug Charles to get all of this info. Not great. I've never had to interact so much with a host in the past and while I appreciate Charles' responsiveness I would have expected some things to be better communicated and handled in advance of the stay.

The host was very responsive and as I had questions through my stay, he was quick to answer. The house was very spacious and every room had a bathroom so our group of 6 adults were very happy to each have our own space. The house was clean and everything was usable from the food, to easily making food in the kitchen. You have everything you need.

Beds are a personal preference. For me personally the beds were a bit stiffer than I like, but it would not stop me from staying there again. Not a big enough issue to not use the house again.
