Nothing, when I arrived at the facility I initially couldn't get in because of issue with key lock and no one at the facility to greet me. Secondly when I could enter I learned for first time there was about 30 narrow, steep steps to get to apartment with no elevator. I was traveling with an elderly relative who uses a cane. I explained situation to host that advised them that we couldn't use apartment because my relative couldn't walk up the stairs. They refused to do anything about it and refused to give me a refund at 9 pm at night. I was faced with finding alternative lodging that night. There was no pictures or notices about stairs prior to booking. I would definitely not recommend this place. The customer service is atrocious. Also there is no parking near building entry and you have to enter from the alley in the rear of property.

Convenient. Comfortable bed nice shower, large living room with good seating

Property is very clean. Lots of extras. Very big remote controlled window that opens up to State St. Right across from Paramount Theatre.

We loved everything. Entry was a breeze. Loft was beautifully done. Unique space. Rooms were spacious. Loved the garage door opening to over look State Street. And shuffleboard was the icing on the cake.
