The place is new and very clean. Close to the 24/7 supermarket and eataries. The size of the rooms are large.

The services provided is different from booking. Kitchen has no cooking items, they have one iron for the whole hotel. You may wait for 24 hours to get it. They have no clothes hanger. They collected different color from clothes shops. See pictures. The shower box is too small you can’t safely take shower.

الفندق جميل وجديد انصح به وخاصه للعوائل .. اهم شي للعرب والخليجيين اهو وجود شطاف في الفندق....... (معظم فنادق في الماتي لا يوجد شطاف) ### يوجد سوبر ماركت مفتوح 24 ساعه والكثير من المطاعم القريبه من الفندق .. موقع الفندق شوي بعيد عن مركز المدينه بس في مكان جميل وبعيد عن الزحمه .

Потрясающий отель. Новый, красивый, с огромными номерами, 2 санузла, гостинная и спальня. прекрасный, дружелюбный ресепшен и весь персонал отеля

A very comfy place to stay as a family, specially because of the apartment facilities it has to offer. Location is good, a bit far from the city centre however very much accessible and with your immediate needs walkable distance away. Lots of restaurant choices, a magnum (supermarket), a hospital and bus stop all walkable distance from the hotel. The staff have been nice and courteous. However the breakfast is mediocre and basic (but good food, less selection) and will be easily bored if you plan to stay more than a couple of days. I'd also recommend to not take the airport pickup option from the hotel as you will find various other cheaper option but no offense.

The decoration was of a high standard, really everything felt quality
Breakfast signs for food was not so clear and the staff on breakfast were a little bit non attentive to guests

The room was very spacious, clean and luxurious. Absolutely loved the stay. I took a 1bhk apartment and it had 1 full bathroom and 1 toilet too. Everything about this place was great. There are restaurants, petrol pumps and supermarkets very close by. There are some tourist attractions as well nearby.
Nothing. Only thing was that when we asked for water they said they only provide 2 small bottles per day, which infact is not acceptable. Also the breakfast wasnt great.

Great breakfast and speedy room service
Empty boring room. There were no windows in the living room and the TV was five meters away from the sofa.
There were some sportsman group who were hanging their clothes to dry in the hallway, as if it's a college dorm. Gross 🤢

1. I have asked an invoice for the COMPANY at booking.com, at reception day before check out.... The result - I got an answer from the morning that I can't get an invoice and I will receive by email... The new result by email - Invoice for a private person even without MY NAME and SURNAME!!!
2. Very very slow staff... Forgetting everything and doing mistakes each time... I spent 2 hours when I wanted quick dinner in the restaurant inside!
3. I came at different times for breakfast. Parts of the dishes were not available every morning, and the waiters brought them only when I finished breakfast ... I could not find an omelette and scrambled eggs for 5 days!

The location of the hotel is perfect for me, less traffic than in the center. The hotel is new, clean, very comfortable bed, pillows, staff is friendly, the gym is perfect. For me it's perfect choice to stay in Almaty.
