There were a total of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids) who stayed at this beautiful house! It was clean and on a very quiet and peaceful street. Our stay was wonderful! There was plenty of space for everyone and very nice/thoughtful touches throughout the house such as towels, first aid kit, snacks, and extra supplies to use during our stay. The pool was beautiful and the kids had hours of fun! The arcade/game area was also a huge hit with the kiddos. There was a minor issue with the heater in the pool and the issue was fixed within an hour of communicating. Would highly recommend staying here if visiting Cape Coral!

This home is a perfect placer to spend with family. The house is pristine and perfectly suited for a family of all ages. My adult children and grandchild loved the air hockey, foosball and arcade games. The floor plan was such that we could all share in the festivities and conversations. If anyone needed alone space - the patio had many seating and lounging areas or one could get further away from the action and sit in the lounge chairs next to the water to thoroughly enjoy the water view from the large intersecting canals. The house was well stocked and the bedrooms were beautiful with lovely bedding. We were in SW Florida for a wedding - but after spending time at this beautiful house we all agree that we should have extended out stay.

After our original VRBO was canceled, we booked this property at the last minute. I think we were happier with this house than we would’ve been with our original booking! Communication with the property manager and owner was exceptional. The house had everything we needed. The layout was perfect for hanging out, while still giving us our own spaces at night. We loved the patio, pool area, and access to the water. The game room was fun. No complaints from us!

The home was just what we needed! It was well stocked kitchen, fun games for the 5 kids with enough beds and baths for two families! The layout of the home was great for family meals all together and quiet time. We used the bikes and treadmill, the pool, and all the games to make our holiday a special time for our family. The hosts were responsive and we found the home to be convenient to shopping and groceries. Would stay again!

Wonderful! Thank you so much for all the special touches that made your home our “home away from home!” We visited for our children’s birthdays and swam in the beautiful pool, cooked in the very organized kitchen, played games, relaxed, and had amazing family fun time together. Thank you! 😃

5 Stars of Fun and Relaxation…our stay was absolutely amazing!! Beautiful spacious home, perfect setup for adults and kids. Well stocked, everything you need to feel right at home. Hours of fun in the pool, and the video arcade game was a big hit!! Can’t wait to go back!!

I was a little concerned at first when I was looking for a place to go to get a break from Midwest winter and the Cape Corral area was in the hurricane path.
After my first call they were very helpful and answered all of my questions.
The house was exactly as pictured and described.
It was beautiful!
I have stayed at quite a few of vacation rentals but this was probably the best equipped house that I have rented.
It was very clean and they had a welcome note for me when we arrived which was a nice little touch.
My local contact in the area for the house answered a couple of my questions very quickly and she was very friendly.

Although our stay was short, we really loved this home! Bright, open and airy, with a large pool and spacious lanai! The rooms were perfect for our 2 families and the bunk bed room and 3rd bedroom with connecting Jack and Jill bathroom, worked out great! The kids loved the air hockey table and other games provided. Everything in the house was very new and super clean. The beds were also very comfortable, which is not always the case in rentals. The owner/management company goes out of their way to make your stay feel personalized. They even provided snacks and waters at check in, which was so cute and definitely not expected! Overall great stay!

Such a beautiful well-appointed home, with all of the amenities you could imagine - and more! Couldn’t have asked for a better spot to have our family meet for my Dad’s 85th birthday. He felt like a king! The hosts were very helpful and accessible - an A++++ experience!

There are no words to describe our most sincere appreciation for the host, owners, and everyone involved in making this rental home the best one yet. Everything from the kitchen to rooms, furniture, decorations and open glass view window to the pool and waterways were suburb! And the entire home was immaculately clean and comfortable. All the toiletries, attention to detail were amazing. All possible needs that arise during a vacation with the family, are completely met here. They thought of everything you could possibly need and more. Everything logically organized and easy to find. You even have a gym in the garage! We loved our stay. Our family is beyond happy and hope to one day be back again. This home is a must visit paradise. God bless those who gave us the opportunity to enjoy.

We loved our time staying in this beautiful house. It was perfect for 4 couples that have been friends for 36 years. The small touches really make a difference such as the snacks, water in the refrigerator and having La Costa stop by to check on us.

Wonderful home to be together as a family. Plenty of gathering spaces. We all enjoyed the pool and the teens enjoyed the game room. The owner and property manager were accommodating to special requests and answered questions quickly. Beautiful home.

The house was great! Exactly as pictured, super clean, and everything in working order. The owner was very responsive - it was cold when we visited but the owner turned on the pool heater for us and we were able to use it the entire time. Neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located. We would absolutely rent this house again!!
