The set up of the place and the deer that came into the yard
First floor shower drain appeared to be clogged

The home was very nice, spacious, and comfortable. It was nestled amongst lots of trees and provided a quiet serene atmosphere. The kids loved it.
The hot tub is very dirty and filled with bacteria and grime. There was a shortage of garbage bags and coffee pods. The place needs to be dusted more often. There are no drawers to put away clothes.

Beautiful interior, nice location, we didn’t use the amenities of the village. a lot of nature and trails nearby. you can have breakfast in the porch and deers come to say hi!
for 250usd cleaning fee we do not expect to do washing machine, dishwasher, throw the garbage and strip the bed: this is ridiculous. moreover cleaning should have been impeccable. outdoor area very poor and dirty (dirt not caused by rain but by the winter) and unpolished. having say that we loved staying in this nice house and didn’t mind recleaning the surfaces we used

The property was really nice.
What I didn’t like about the property was they didn’t have no bottle of water in the fridge or outside, they didn’t have a welcome letter, no snacks. They didn’t have nothing nice to welcome to a home that cost $700 one night. At least have something for the customer would want to come back. This the first home I been too that has nothing to welcome you.

The fireplace was not "working" which was disappointing.
