Host is very responsive, instructions are clear. Check in and check out was easy.
Overall kids enjoyed the pool very much

If can provide more bath mats/ hangers would be best

As it was a weekend, it was really crowded. Have to wait a while for lifts

I love that the host was able to provide me with a replacement room after letting him know of a broken furniture when i checked in.
The room was spacious for my family and basic household equipment were provided such as body wash, shampoo, clothes detergent etc.
Toilet needs a little bit of scrubbing to remove grimes.

Quiet clean and good furniture
TV didn't work and we didn't have things to hang our washed clothes. We reached out to "service" several time but they didn't even respond. It seemed like nobody cared

The house is super clean, whether in kitchen, bedrooms and toilets. It has no foul smell in toilet or house, all of the basic stuff was prepared for the guest too (mat, plates, water dispenser, soaps in kitchen and bathrooms).
