Beautiful unit.. very clean and comfortable.. it had everything you possibly need for a getaway including a cafe and pizza shop across the road.. the owners of the property were very friendly and helpful..

It had a well equipped kitchen and a good size for our needs. We loved the wood fire, it was clean and a lovely outlook to the countryside from the kitchen… loved the blockout blinds to keep the warmth in and light out.

The sleeping setup was interesting for two couples however it was fine for an overnight stay.

we were very well looked after. family does live on property but they were amazing and we were getting ready for a wedding so hope we were not to loud.

This place is a little Gem!! Our hosts Bertram and Akane were very welcoming and left us to do our own thing. A little tricky entering the property as there is a big gate out front with a beware of the dog sign but a quick phone call to the hosts solved that really quickly. This place is connected to the main house but provides tenants with their own privacy. The room itself was spacious and had enough room for 5 of us but I think it could sleep 6 or 7 people tops with extra mattress's. Unlike alot a lot of hotels and motels this place was generous and provided us with 1 litre of milk and not 2 tiny bottles that makes 2 cups in one go! They also had 6-7 varieties of tea and a jar of coffee (yes a jar!! not 3-4 sachets). The kitchen was well set up and had everything required to cook meals. The bonus was finding a rice cooker with a complimentary bag of rice in it!!....who does that? We didn't use the rice cooker as we ate out at the local eateries nearby and only cooked breakfast for ourselves before leaving. The bathroom had ample supply of bodywash, shampoo and conditioner! And there was a generous supply of laundry liquid. The kids loved that they could relax in the evening to the Disney channel with the aircon on lol (free WiFi available too). If you want space, privacy and the comforts of home, then this is the place for you and/or family. We normally do day trips to Mount Tamborine but was very pleased we decided to stay the night and found this place. We don't regret it and hope to be back again! My grandson slept on the futon and said he slept fine! I slept on the sofa bed and found it OK but my daughter and granddaughters slept on the bed and said she found the bed abit firmer than what she's used to sleeping on, which means it would've been perfect for me! I must be old school coz I can sleep on anything that doesn't have springs poking you.

Hosts are lovely and respect your privacy. The apartment was beautifully presented with all the necessary essentials. The lounge was very comfortable and we enjoyed the availability of Stan.

beautiful scenery, great place to just ride. The scooters around staff are very helpful in everything that I may have needed.

It’s not that I didn’t like about the property, but the only thing that I would change is the amount of toilet paper that was there ..need a little bit more than two rolls for four days for a family
