We traveled to visit my husband's mom in the same complex, with our 2 dogs. It was very clean & comfortable. The view of the lake beautiful & we caught a great sunset one evening. Weather was so rainy while we were there so we couldn't enjoy the pretty patio. The space is open concept, kitchen was very nice, but other than coffee & a light bite for breakfast, we didn't do any cooking. Used the washer/dryer which worked great. Living area spacious, large TV (roku) & separate dining area as well. Green space for dog walking right in front of unit. It is a great place for a larger group with the 3 BR, would definately recommend!

We had a wonderful stay except the people above us were very noisy & some neighbors were not vet nice.
We had stayed in the same community last year & it was better because the neighbors were nice & we didn't have people above us making all kinds of noise.
Overall we had a great experience & we love the Cornelius area!

This is a great condo!! Lovely view. Well furnished...kitchen well stocked. Right on Lake Norman with a short walk to a nearby restaurant. Close drive to other very quaint towns with lots of good dining and shopping. We will be back.

We loved our week at this condo. The neighborhood is nice and close to so many stores and restaurants. Loved the boardwalk area to walk around. The restaurant, “Port City Club” was very nice.
Working with Katie was a breeze and any question/issue we had was dealt with immediately. One of the best managers we’ve dealt with.
You can tell that the owner had furnished their condo with quality items….too bad people don’t treat things like their own and properly care for them. People don’t seem clean the pots and pans properly in rental units for some reason. (Many stays in VRBO rentals). Who puts pans away with food still on them ?! The person after us had clean pans! 😉
The housekeeper did a good job cleaning the unit. One could not tell that pets are allowed, and we have a pet.
Remember….housekeeping is to wash the floors, bathrooms, sheets/towels et-cetera in between guests. They are not meant to be our maids. 😉
It is impossible for them to check the cleanliness of everything in the kitchen before the next guest arrives. I always leave things the way I would like to find them…but that’s just me.
You will not regret staying here!
We hope to return in the future.

The property has a lovely view of the lake and a nice patio area to sit and relax. Very well equipped kitchen and nice appliances. The guest bathroom could have been a little bigger but the master bedroom was spacious. We enjoyed our stay but to short. Parking can be a challenge.

I believe this is the 5th or 6th time I have stayed at this condo. Katie is wonderful if she is needed. Great location to anything you want. And the view from the patio is wonderful.

For t he first time, this rental property was as nice as the pictures posted. The view was lovely and the pier walk was wonderful - even for me, I am handicapped with a cane. Our small 7 lb. dog loved sunning in the courtyard. We had a little rouble finding the address as bushes had grown up over the numbering sign. I did take scissors and trim the bushes back 2 1/2 feet so the next folks could find the address. This property is well cared for and the owners thought of every need. We loved our stay and hope to return. The view was so peaceful and calming. Fantastic vacation. :) :) :) Thanks, Diane :)

August was a great time to visit. Evenings on the porch looking out over the water will always be a fond memory. The property manager was very responsive to all our questions. We will definitely recommend this property to our friends

Had a short 3-day visit to visit friends in the area. The price was incredibly reasonable and everything was clean, comfy and nicely appointed. Enjoyed the pool and the outdoor dining set. The washer/dryer was also a plus!

We spent 4 nights at the condo. This was our first trip to Lake Norman but it won't be our last! We enjoyed it so much we have already booked another stay. The condo was even nicer in person than what the pictures showed. It is huge and the six people in our party had plenty of room to spread out and do their own thing. Our fur baby loved the patio and so did we. We saw a great display of fireworks over the lake . I f you are looking for a great place to stay on Lake Norman, this is it! We loved it!!

Very nice condo renovation on the beautiful Lake Norman. Ground floor access make getting to the water extremely easy. Condo has what you need to enjoy and huge soaking tub that are really hard to find these days. Highly recommended!!

I love the view this property offers. Straight out to the Lake whether on the deck or inside at the DR or LR. Pet friendly with a place to take my little guy and easy walking around the neighborhood. Close to anything you would want. Easy to find from the interstate.

Our stay was fantastic. The unit is super clean, updated, and very cozy. The kitchen was well stocked, lovely linens, and comfy furnishings. Beautiful view of the cove from the patio - great place for our morning coffee! Next door to Port City Club and their amazing cuisine!!

The lakeside unit was absolutely beautiful. Kate was a great host, fast to respond, and welcoming. Walking around the lake was wonderful and the restaurant right next door was fabulous. A quick two-minute walk to a friendly place with lake views and really good food. We had dinner a few nights and enjoyed various menu items.

Our family had to move out of our home for a week while our floors were being refinished. We chose to stay at this beautiful three bedroom condo and LOVED it! From walks on the pier to viewing stunning sunrises and sunsets from the living room and master bedroom we couldn’t have been happier. The condo itself is clean, warm, cozy and updated as well as central to lots of great shops and restaurants. Our dog loved walking along the pier and visiting the mini pier side parks as well as the nearby Swaney Point dog park. Even though it is very close to my home I’d consider it again as a vacation spot! It’s an absolutely wonderful property.

Spent a long weekend at the condo and couldn't get enough of the view. The location is great too. Close to anything you need and we walked to dinner the fist night less than a minute away at the Port Club (which was excellent and had the same great views). The beds were comfy, the unit was clean and the host was a great communicator. We are already planning to go back again!

Everything was good and enjoyed the condo. My only complaint would be no boat slip, that would have made it perfect. Couldn't find a wet slip anywhere.
