This is a great spot for a quick stay. Close to the highway, and easy to find. It is affordable and clean. Nothing fancy, but it had everything we needed. The host was really responsive and check in was easy. Would stay here again.

Overall, not bad! We were a tad disappointed about the ceiling fan not working in the main bedroom- although the air was on, it didn't make it upstairs. I couldn't sleep in the bedroom because it was just too hot. Roman offered to bring a fan however it wasn't necessary due to adjustments we made. Also, there were toiletries from the last guest left in the bathroom as well as food being left in the refrigerator. The property is situated so close to an active train track, so we were awakened in the middle of the night by trains- not expected at all! The yard and front porch were perfect for just sitting out and escaping to be in your thoughts! Overall, not a bad stay.

The property is near the edge of town less than a mile from the highway. Everything in the house is brand new and the owner was very accommodating.

Prior to arriving to Ohio I informed the property owner that I would be bringing my 83 yo mother with me. At that point he gave me the address; well 2 addresses that were incorrect. Once we arrived in Ohio we decided to go ahead and look for the home prior to the 4pm check in. Needless to say we were very worried because we had been give the address of a commercial space. I was sketchy about this reservation due to the reviews. I will have to say prior to arriving the owner sent me the code key so i was able to comfortably arrive in town and come directly to this beautiful home, in which i sooooo enjoyed my stay in. You definantly can tell the owner has invested time and money into his property. Being my first time in Ohio i will say this home makes you want to plan future stays...I will most definantly book this home if available again....

The beds were comfort, the house was decorated nicely. Great stay.

You can tell that Roman put a lot of work inside the house and has done renovations. Mostly clean, but we would have appreciated rugs vacuumed, and dead flies all over the house cleaned up. Also, floor boards moved when you stepped on the stair’s landing. Huge TV and lots of movie options with Netflix, Disney +, ect.. The area is what brought our ratings down. It is close to restaurants and the freeway. But too close to the train tracks and sketchy gas station. We were all woken up at least 2 times each night by the train that is literally an empty lot away from the house. I also had to call Roman a few times for information that should have been sent a few days prior to our stay. I received the pin to get into the home just a few hours of our arrival which made me very nervous. Not a deal breaker but no dish washer or washer or dryer.

We booked this place have no clue if it was nice or not. As I was trying to check in I found out that it was double booked and that we had NO PLACE to stay. We had to drive 30 minutes away to find a place. The owner did reimburse us but not fully. I understand mistakes happen but this was a big one. We never even got an apology just a “I’ll issue a refund.” Hopefully it was nice for the other people.
