Everything was really clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool was really nice and refreshing. The staff and espacially Key was really helpful and always had a smile on his face. Even when my freind was sick we could change the room to a better one. What a great person! A highlight was definitely the tips from Key about the scooter tour in the south. It is a must do in our opinion.
Maybe the lack of hot water and the lights on the terrace (you have to ask them to switch it off). There is not so much to do in the surrounding area.

Staff is very nice and will help with anything as well as arrange activities for you, transport and motorbike rent. Rooms are basic but clean and comfy. Breakfast is choice between indonesian and western. Food prices are ok and their food is very good. There is a nice pool and garden that you can enjoy.
No hot water, this was not an issue for us, cold water is not exactly cold, but could be an issue for more sensitive guests.

Very quiet location with a nice pool and well-functioning AirCon. The host is very friendly and gives lots of tips for the whole region. Scooters could also be rented - we liked it very much and would like to come back.

We were only staying one night, but we loved it here so much so we ended up staying 4 nights. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, as well as the bedroom. Good pancakes for breakfast.
The best thing about this place are the people who work there! They were so kind and helpful and organized some great snorkeling trips to the stunning Gili's for us. We really enjoyed the company of Key, the owner, who we had some great chats with. Definitely the place to stay if you are going to Southwest Lombok!

It is a really nice, calm and quiet place. But the place so far away from everywhere. You need a motorbike to go somewhere else. The food was cheaper than the other restaurants.

Room was good, very comfortable bed. Everything is kept really clean, the pool is so nice to relax at with beanbags and umbrellas, can order food and drinks throughout the day and they bring it to you. Breakfast was great too. We ate almost all of our meals there and they were all so tasty! On our last night K helped us to buy fresh fish which they grilled and cooked amazing local food to go with. He helped us with everything, you can also book some great trips like camping on the secret Gilis and snorkelling. You can also hire scooter, there is a mini market nearby incase you need anything. All off the staff were so friendly but big shout out to K for making our stay so great! We have stayed many places on our travels in Asia and this was one of our favourite.

Wow what an absolute hidden gem. Loved our stay here, the place and room is amazing, the staff is the most friendly ever we even got a beautiful life guitar play during our dinner. The food is also delicious. Once we’re back in Lombok we’ll definitely stay here again.

Very friendly, openminded and helpful people. Drinking water was for free. Activities we're organized directly by the Hotel, also spontaneously. We really enjoyed the stay and were sad to leave.
In the bathroom was no window and the shower only got cold water.

I definitively recommend staying at Kristal Garden. The accomondation was clean and the room big and comfortable. The pool was nice and big as well. The staff was lovely, especially the owner was obliging and helped us with organizing our trip. We could come to him with anything we needed and he loved to help us. He himself organizes a lot of trips and fun activities that you can do in this area. It is worth it doing those, because there is not that much else to do around the hostel, unless you have a scooter.
The little supermarket next to the hostel was our go to for snacks.
The breakfast we got was very good and a great start in the day. We also had an amazing dinner at the house, especially the Sweet and Sour Tofu Tempeh was so delicious.
Definitively a secret tip in Lombok.

Kristal Garden is set in a beautiful location very near the beach where you can easily organise a great snorkeling trip.
Staff are friendly and make everything with the stay easy.
The pool and garden is nice, and the rooms are clean.
Food can be ordered as can other services such as taxi. There is an ATM on the same road as the location , which is near beautiful clifftop walks.

The place is very clean, new, simple, quiet but at the same time comfortable it is located at the end of a small street of a balinese hindu village and you can see and breathe the authenticity of the place.
Wayan is fantastic, a smart guy, nice and ready to solve all your requests and make this place even more pleasant.
The simple restaurant is far two minutes by walk but Wayan can bring the food to your bungalow even if it is a pity to lose the magnificent sea view from the restaurant and the friendliness of the staff.
We will definitely come back here when we return from gili gede.

Kristal Garden Guest House was a great stay, rooms are spacious and clean and over looks the pool which was maintained very well and the staff were super kind!
