Room and location
Behaiuor of staff, mis management total chaos in the dinning hall very noisy as outsiders were allowed to dance and partying inside the dinning hall. Couldnt had our meals at night. Left the dinner inbetween but hotal manager threatened us and made us pay full amount of Rs 2800 for dinner.

wifi was not available. Also, quality of the breakfast must be improved

It was clean and interiors were beautiful. Good restaurant.
My balcony faced the road so it was too noisy. Balcony was made useless because of noise.

Location and food was good. The room is neat and clean and loved the hotel staff
The room listed on booking.com is facing the main road and there is continous traffic noise and if you want to change room then you need to pay more.

The staff were so helpful and the hotel is a perfect haven in the colourful chaos of Dehradun. An absolute gem from the service to the food.
