This has been the best VRBO rental ever and we have been using VRBO for over 12 years. The home is an older Tarpon Springs home but has been completely redone inside. All updated and spotless inside. Many added amenities. The outside of home has been painted and maintained. Easy entry system also. Great location for walking, biking, close to restaurants and the sponge docks, which is our favorite. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with. We did not have any issues with the house or location.

We had a wonderful stay at this this home in Tarpon Springs. I think this was the most well-stocked of any short term rentals we have stayed at in the past. The fully fenced in yard was great for letting our pup run around. Home was so cozy and comfortable, more than big enough for our family of four. We would definitely stay again when we visit Tarpon Springs / Tampa area.

Well - I was only going to stay for 3 nights, but liked the place so much I added another week! The house is incredible! Everything is very well thought out and super clean. The yard is very nice and completely fenced in. We survived hurricane Idalia from this property. You could not ask for better owners. They were very thoughtful and easy to get ahold of. It's a short walk to the Sponge Docks. You can't beat the location for Tarpon Springs. If your travels take you to this area I would not hesitate to book this lovely home. I hope to go back next year. Thanks so much Tom and Lana! Cheers!

This house is amazing very clean and organized. The neighborhood is very quiet it is very close to the main attractions of the town. I would like to repeat the experience. I recommend this place 100%.

Owners paid attention to details, left us several wonderful gifts and the house is nicely centered between sponge docks, Spring Bayou and Tarpon downtown. Private backyard and deck. Bicycles available for use and offer for. Kayak rental which we did not have time for but would have been nice.

This cute bungalow is deceiving from the pictures. So cute, very clean and the perfect size. It has everything you may need and more.
Location is perfect. Close to the sponge docks, restaurants and shopping. Spring Bayou was our favorite.
Tom and Lana were helpful and very friendly.
We will definitely be back!

My husband and I recently had a 3 week stay at this adorable bungalow in a great location in Tarpon Springs. Easy walk to the Sponge Docks, Craig Park and the lovely historic downtown area.
Tom, the owner and host is a native to the area and very helpful with information, restaurants and whatever you might need. He and Lana were great hosts- always quick to respond to our requests but never intrusive.
We enjoyed exploring nearby streets and neighborhoods on the bikes that were included.
The home was super cute, clean and comfortable for our stay.
We didn’t want it to end!

We loved staying at this property! The house is in a quiet neighbourhood minutes from the downtown Greek district of Tarpon Springs. Close drive to many beaches and the bayou. The house was clean and great for our family of 5. The 3 private bedrooms allowed the for the privacy we needed and ample living space, including the expansive porch in the front and back, allowed for LOTS of comfortable spots to relax. The owner and property manager always responded promptly to any and all questions. Needs a BBQ and/or more dishes for oven cooking.
